Waren Mitte August zu viert als "Erstbezieher" in dieser Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Absolut hochwertig renovierter Altbau in einem lebhaften Viertel, in dem ein Lokal neben dem anderen zu sein scheint. Einfach toll! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug), ein Schlafzimmer geht in den Innenhof, das andere zur Straßenseite. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig! Die Dachterrasse ist v.a. im Sommer ein Traum! Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut; um die Ecke fährt die Straßenbahn, zu Fuß sind es zu U- und S-Bahn gute 10 Minuten. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
