Summer Breeze, our new 2006 vacation home is professionally decorated with an island retreat in mind.
Look no further for just the right place to rest, relax & leave the stress behind. Our delightful new home, featuring a private pool with waterfall & hot tub is calling you to throw your cares to the wind. Bring your faithful four-legged companion along too, for some quality time as you jog or just stroll along the miles of lighted trails. You'll want to stay much longer than you planned!
The main level of this spacious open floor plan consists of a fully-equipped kitchen that will allow you to make anything you can imagine, from your favorite frozen drink to the largest lobster you can find. We have provided recipes from our favorite cuisine. The Kitchen seats 6 guests and there is room for 3 at the breakfast bar. There are sliders to the back deck overlooking the pool. The Dining room seats 8 and has access to both the front and rear decks. The Great Room consists of a gas fireplace, cable TV, surround sound, along with DVD/CD. The King Master Bedroom Suite with whirlpool tub and shower is set-off to the side of this floor for privacy; you also have access to the front porch from here. The bedroom also has a TV/DVD/VCR.
On the 1st level, there is a King Master Bedroom Suite with a TV/VCR. A Queen Bedroom with TV and access to the front and rear decks. A Bedroom with 2 bunk sets and trundles can sleep 6 children. There is a screened porch in the back with access to the pool area. The recreation room has professional grade air hockey and foosball tables.
The Tower Room has a Queen sleeper sofa, TV/DVD/VCR, Sony Playstation 2 and a full bath. This room can be used as an additional bedroom. There is a desk with high-speed internet access, wireless and modem.
Our pool area is fenced in for your privacy. Sit out back and enjoy a cool beverage while you dangle your feet in the pool and listen to the waterfall. Enjoy your favorite grilled food from our Weber gas grill. Our 39 jet hot tub is tucked away from our neighbors for your privacy when you’re relaxing at night while the kids are asleep!
When you are done playing around the house, step outside and enjoy the many amenities the Currituck Club has to offer. It starts with an 18-hole championship Rees Jones golf course. If you do not feel like walking the course but want to workout, take advantage of the driving range and putting green. The Currituck Club has miles of lighted pedestrian jogging and biking paths for those leisurely morning or evening strolls.
You can also take advantage of the free trolley service to the beach, the 7 tennis courts, 4 half-court basketball courts, community pools, a sand volleyball court, and a children's playground - sheez, I am getting tired just telling you about it. Oh! And do not worry about missing your daily workout; the Currituck Club has a fully equipped fitness center - all at your disposal. And did I mention the beach? Well I'm sure you know the Outer Banks is famous for its wide sand beaches and beautiful sparkling warm blue water - after all, that is why we're here!
The Currituck Club offers luxury, activities, privacy, and security that you will not experience anywhere else on the Outer Banks. There is an Italian restaurant, Martini Bar and a Day Spa on the Club premises.
