This cottage is very well located....minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway..yet remote enough to feel like you are away from the hustle. The cottage is small but quaint and very clean. The owners live nearby and were very nice and appropriately attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at the Mountain View Cottage - it was exactly as described, very clean, peaceful and had all amenities for a great weekend getaway. The views were even more beautiful than described, and the location was fantastic - in close proximity to downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge parkway, and major highways. We would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

My wife, daughter, and I were fortunate enough to secure a 'last minute' stay at this little cottage on a spur of the moment vacation to the Asheville area. The area was comfortably remote and yet only a few minutes from 240 (the main access to downtown). We were able to go from the cottage to downtown in about 10 minutes - it was the best of both worlds. The accommodations were extremely comfortable with excellent amenities - exactly as described. We would feel comfortable recommending this to place to anyone and would happily stay there again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We stayed two nights in the charming little house and loved it. Very nice and clean, great linens, etc., and was represented very correctly in their ad. We would recommend this house to anyone. Would be great for 2 to 4 people and convenient location to everything in Asheville.
