The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with Corian countertops, flat-top electric stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and raised breakfast bar with barstools. The kitchen also features a private breakfast nook with seating for four to enjoy those beautiful Florida mornings. There is a large utility room within the unit that includes an iron, ironing board, washer, and dryer.

The unit can easily sleep eight with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two queen-sized sleeper sofas.
