  We have stayed at this condo twice and love it each time. The location is great, it is near everything. The place is clean and well kept. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There was plenty for the kids to do at the property.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our family of four LOVED THE RESORT. I appreciate your attention to detail, and your recommendation of taking a "down day"...everything was as expected. Your keyless entry is fantastic, and the extra beach towels was also great. Thank you.

  Our welcoming committee was a very large (but dead) cockroach on the floor by the bedrooms. The condo although full of ammenities needs updating and paint as it shows wear. The beds were worse than motel 6 and after a day at the parks it was tough on our backs. The number of the building was wrong in the directions, but a polite attendant helped us upon arriving late at night in finding the condo. The 3 pools are actually only 1 pool. The photos are not updated on the website and some furnishings have changed. Everything about Windsor Hills is over-used and shows wear. The icing on the cake was 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom per visit ~ for 5 days. After we requested a late check out and more toilet paper, the home owners association only granted a late check out. The toilet paper rule meant an added expense for these Disney travelers. I am puzzled how to recommend this condo or Windsor Hills to our friends or family.

  Owner response: FYI - from the owner - this reviewer stated that they had "terrible results from VRBO" in the past, and I was leary when making the booking. I will not spend time breaking down this comment, but encourage you to ask any of our guests. 40% of our bookings are from PREVIOUS guests or referrals. Many guests return annually. I will just list a few points. + Cockroach? 5 years - we pay extra for a pre-rental walkthrough. Guest never told our management company about this. I tried contacting this guest to make improvements based on feedback and they have decided to use a forum insteac. +Directions list the exact building number TWICE - with specific direcitons. Again, in 5 years - first time. +Photos not updated, but the place needs updating? Doesn't make sense. The ONLY thing that is different in the photos - and will be updated...per guest requests - we took out the big entertainment center - added FLAT SCREEN TV's, installed ceiling fans, and regularly change the bedding. The photos are FACTUALLY correct! We don't bait and switch. I have over 100 positive reviews and this is our first negative in five years. If you don't like our place, you won't like any. I e-mailed the guest, told them that I was sorry they didn't enjoy their visit, and offered to make any changes that they could recommend. Maybe they will respond.

  We have visited Florida many times and stayed in a range of accommodation including Disney resort hotels, villa's and condo's and I have to say this accommodation is up there with the best of them. The location just off the 192 and right beside the entrance to Disney was fantastic, in addition you are close to the Interstate 4 so getting to the coast or other attractions is also simple. One of the major advantages of staying in a Disney hotel is the close proximity so that you can leave in the middle of the day and come back later in the evening, this accommodation genuinely is that close that you can do this from here without any significant travelling time. The property itself was clean, spacious and of a high standard. The resort was great with a good size swimming pool and excellent children's play area both of which easily coped with the number of people there even though we were visiting during the Easter/spring break which is one of the busiest times of the year. The owner of the accommodation was great,providing information and helping us with any queries which we had almost immediately This accommodation provides all you need to have a great stay in central Florida near all the major theme parks. I would highly recommend it to anyone
