Enjoy the villa newly constructed in 2012 on a 230 sq.mtotal living area over 1200 sq.m waterfront property by the lake and be inspired by the exquisite new facility with attention to detail.
3 Bedrooms with 2 x 2m beds, 2 bathrooms, with 3 showers and 1 Jacuzzi, 1 spacious living room with open kitchen in granite, fully furnished, inclusive of dining area and an office fulfil all your desires.
The office is a functional room and can be used as 4th bedroom if needed.
Large living room with 55'' HD LED TV, home theatre with DVD, telephone and Wi-Fi. A 10x5m large heated and illuminated pool with cosy seats and loungers and a gas grill invites you to relax, and also the fishing activity from the private dock. The large pool/patio area is protected with a screen over the entire breadth of the house.

Sport activities on site: Among those who are anglers the water canal is very popular and so our wooden deck in the river is extremely suitable for all anglers. For sports enthusiasts there is a kayak available for 2 persons and 2 bicycles are there, which you can use freely. The heated pool has a length of 10m, perfect right now for enthusiastic swimmers. The huge lake naturally offers a highlight in which you can swim.
Sun lovers find the ideal summer tan at the pool or at the popular wooden deck with a pleasant breeze. You will forget your everyday stress with the unbelievable tranquillity and relax there.

'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island. Or at the north in 30 min at Babcock Wilderness Adventures in Punta Gorda. Here there are swamp buggies (swamp vehicles) through the middle of the wilderness. 30 min.
The Everglades is a national park, where you can admire rare species of plants and animals. 60 min.
Busch Gardens in Tampa is an amusement park and a small alternative to Disney Parks. 2 hours. Miami Beach is worth a visit and can be reached in 2.5 hours. The parks in Orlando like Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and Sea World are very popular and can be reached in about 3 hours' drive. Cape Canaveral, reachable in 4 hours.
Easy access from Germany - Flights from Germany (LTU /Air Berlin from Düsseldorf and Munich, Condor from Frankfurt) in 8-9 hours non-stop, ideally to Mt. Myers (only 45 minutes drive to the house). Airport shuttle is not required anymore in Fort Myers! Alternative travel route: Flight to Miami (about 2.5 hours drive to the house) or Orlando (3:20 hours drive to the house).
In addition to the villa we provide two rental cars, one SUV Ford Expedition V8 (with 8 seats) and a Toyota Solara V6 Cabrio with large trunk for luggage, and a Harley Davidson V-Rod. The rental cars and the Harley can also be rented 'outside the house', if you are not our guests. All vehicles are fully insured and towing insured (AAA).

At any cost we will pick you up personally in Fort Myers at the airport and drop you back there upon your departure. This service is free for you and your holiday begins there right from the start...

Hier passt alles. Wir waren 7 Personen und wurden mit einer Freundlichkeit und einem Service verwöhnt, das alles bisher in den Schatten stellt .Unsere Gastgeber sind stets bemüht, Ihren Gästen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu gestalten. Das fängt bei der Abholung vom Flughafen an,der sachlichen Einweisung des Hauses, der Übergabe der Mietwagen, Tipps für Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufscentren, Gaststätten, Bars u.s.w., der ständigen Erreichbarkeit bei eventuellen Fragen und hört leider mit der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen wieder auf. Aber der Hammer für uns alle war, das Betreten der Villa Pleasure.Man betritt den Eingangsbereich mit dem großen Wohn und Küchenbereich und hat den fantastischen Blick sofort über die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Pool zum See. Hier beginnt Urlaub.Die Einrichtung des Hauses läßt keine Wünsche offen. Zu empfehlen sind Mietwagen . Wir waren nun schon zum dritten mal hier innerhalb von 4 Jahren aber eines steht schon fest. Diese Villa ist ein Traum. Eine Ausstattung die nichts vermissen läßt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage am See ist wunderschön ,die Poolarea ein weiteres Highlite und für Kinder toll geeignet. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Auch die Betreuung von Kerstin und Eberhard war grandios. Vom Tag der Ankunft bis zum Abflug standen Sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und alles hat bestens geklappt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen . Tipp: Ein Auto ist vom ersten Tag unbedingt notwendig, da alle Einkaufscentren und Restaurants nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Ein Ausflug nach Sanibel Island ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen (auch wenn die Maut doch etwas teuer ist) herrliche Strände und ein leichtes Karibikfeeling ist dort schon zu spüren. Au payement du solde de la location nous avons directement reçus les accès pour la maison. Arrivé sur place ce fut l'éblouissement voyant la villa qui correspond bien à la description du site. La villa est complète rien ne manque pour passer un séjour inoubliable. Le quartier est calme. On bénéficie d'un confort et d'une vue splendide, les literie sont super confortable. Je tient à remercier madame Kerstin pour ses service de qualité et qui est la directement pour informé et voir que tout est en ordre et que nous ne manquons de rien pour passé un agréable séjour.Did you find this review helpful? We booked for the second year with kerstin und eberhard last year we booked villa margarita in 2011 and this year we rented villa pleasure 2012. Like last year we hate a dream of a holiday that came true is was really amazing a very big villa with a beautiful swimming pool and a big lake . We rented like last year the cabrio and we hate a very good time . We have to look this year what we do with the holiday because we just buyed a new house but we will book more times by kerstin and eberhard. They are very hard working people and always standing ready for everybody i hope that many people read this because al the houses they have for rent are more than a dream come true. thanks allot kerstin and eberhard . thank you very much for the wonderful holiday we hate for the second year xxx.Did you find this review helpful?
