Our family stayed at the townhouse for a week, and we could not have been happier. The unit was very nicely furnished and very well stocked with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beautiful view from the patio. It is close to everything and conveniently located. I would recommend for anyone that wants to relax and enjoy a beautiful place.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I grew up staying at Point Matanzas. Now my husband and I stay here with our own children. The kids love the pool being close to the Townhouse. We all enjoy fishing off the private dock and watching the dolphins, turtles, manatees and boats pass by. We bring our kayaks paddle across the river to fish or search for shells. The beach is right across the street. We can walk over or drive to the closest beach access whenever we want time on the beach. There is so much to do in St. Augustine. The kids never get bored! The owner's of this condo are wonderful and easy to work with. This Townhouse has all you need to have a great family vacation!
