The kitchen is well equipped and has cherry cabinetry, granite counters, slate floor, and a dining area as well as counter seating. It is also open to the family room with a TV entertainment center with a large screen TV, DVD, and VCR. Both have vaulted ceilings and open to the lanai and pool.
The first floor master suite has a king-size pillow top mattress and a large television and also opens to the lanai. The master bath boasts a tub, a large walk-in shower, twin sinks private commode and huge walk in closets.
The first floor guest room has a king-size bed, large TV, wing chair and an additional bath.
The laundry room finishes the first floor and connects to the three car garage.
The second floor opens to a large loft area with a leather sofa, large TV, DVD, and VCR. There is also a desk and chair to fill your office or business needs. There are two additional bedrooms, both with twin beds and televisions. The second floor is completed by a third full bath.
The lanai area is very private but has a beautiful view of the golf course and a lake. There is a lounge area, two eating areas, BBQ grill and plenty of pool toys. There is a built in stereo system throughout the house.
The home is located in beautiful Pelican Sound between Naples and Fort Myers. Membership in Pelican Sound Golf and River Club is transferred to tenants and entitles tenants to all of the amenities, including 27 hole championship golf, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining, beach shuttles, boat launch access, and various other activities.
