Conveniently located only blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach and the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, 40 minutes from Orlando and all of the Disney attractions and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, this adorable beach house is the perfect place to relax after a day of fun in the sun. This property has recently been professionally remodeled and decorated with beautiful tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.
This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has twin-over-full bunk beds for the kids. Linens are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.
The sectional sofa in the living room provides plenty of seating as well as cable TV with surround sound speakers and a CD/DVD player. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, etc.
The back yard features a private pool, dining area and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand from the beach only a block away. This property also has a washer/dryer and a garage for storing all of your beach gear. Beach wagon with 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and portable radio is available for your use.

This truely is the "Perfect Family Beach House"! The property is much larger than the pictures and description can show - the location is ideal only a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach; the house is incredibly clean, very well maintained and everything was in good working order; the heated backyard pool and provided toys and floats were perfect for warm sunny afternoons in the pool. Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had the most perfect Thanksgiving Week on Cocoa Beach. With activities including a day at Kennedy Space Center, morning Wild Side Manatee Watching Tour, a day at Disney World's Magic Kingdom, witnessing the Atlas V Rocket launch, still with plenty of time to relax at the beach and pool. We'd like to highly recommend Slow and Low BBQ and the Lobster Shanty for deliciously places to eat in Cocoa Beach. The owner, Sam, is absolutely fantasic to work with, quickly responding to all email inquires making the booking of this property a breeze. Look no futher, I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to travel to the Space Coast, and I will hopefully be back again soon with family or friends and would plan my trip around the availability of this beach house.

Having spent a hectic week in Orlando at Disneyworld this was the perfect getaway for our family. The home is very easy to find, located on the main sreet, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of town centre that it's easy to forget that you are staying in town. And don't forget, only 1 block from the beach. The pictures of the property were spot-on with the exception of the beach wagon which we were told was wrecked by the previous renters. But other than that, it was all that we expected and maybe a little more. The convenience of being able to walk to the beach, spend a few hours, come back for lunch, maybe some time at the pool and then back to the beach can't be beat. The home has all the amenities that you need while the backyard is spacious and open yet offers all the privacy you need. The outdoor shower feels very refreshing after some time at the beach or a long run and the kids loved it. The ease at which you can get to and from the local attractions also can't be beat. And an Apollo rocket lauch was quite the site to see and hear. The crowds, or maybe more accurate "lack of crowds" at the beach was very appealing. There were days where we had a half-mile of beach all to yourselves. All-in-all a great place to stay.

This beach house is all you need when you are traveling with kids. The location is perfect, close to everything. We have a 2 and 5 year old, and it was wonderful to able to walk to the beach, stay for a couple of hours, then back to the house for lunch, and play in the pool. It was nice and clean and our kids loved the outdoor shower. We made lots of memories, and will be back to make plenty more!
