Beautiful Calabay Parc is a prestigious development of executive homes ideally located close to Disney on US Highway 27, only 2.5 miles from Exit 58 on I-4. It is quiet and well-maintained and is situated in a conservation area. The wide streets and variety of architectural styles make this a perfect location for all the family to enjoy a relaxing holiday whilst still being within easy reach of all the major attractions. It is approximately 12 minutes drive to Disney World main gate, and 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. 35 minutes to Orlando International Airport
The Atlantic coast can be reached in a little over an hour, where you will be able to visit the Kennedy Space Center, Florida's oldest town of Saint Augustine and the world-famous Daytona Beach. The powder white sands of the beautiful Gulf coast to the west are just over an hour away. There are many excellent golf courses within easy reach - 5-minute drive to the new 36-hole championship course at Champions Gate, and easy access to the three signature courses at Reunion Resort. New multi-million dollar retail center at Posner Park is only 3 miles away - providing lots more shopping, dining, cinemas, etc., close to the villa.

This beautiful 2300 sq. ft, air-conditioned, four-bedroom, two-story home is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style. The high ceilings and large windows make the interior light, spacious, and airy. The open plan living room, dining area and master bedroom all have sliding doors giving direct access to the pool area. The den upstairs provides a second living area with cable TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. High speed wireless internet access. Games Room in garage with 7 ft pool table, foosball and baseball game.
This is your vacation - so you'll be needing a good night's sleep. I have replaced the beds in both masters (February 2010) with superbly comfortable pillow top/memory foam mattresses. Enjoy! :-)

The fully-screened, oversized pool deck has seating for twelve to enjoy alfresco dining, and loungers for enjoying the sunshine. From beginning to end the owners were such a pleasure to work with. The house was beautiful and spacious, way more than we needed for just two of us but it was amazing!! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and in a perfect location for anything you could possibly want to do while in Florida. I would suggest renting a car because there is nothing within walking distance an I could see taking taxis to and from the park to get quite expensive. The house was perfectly clean and furnished with everything you could ever want and could easily sleep a large family, or multiple couples (all with their own bathroom too!). We had a slight problem with the pool heater but it was quickly rectified. We had prepaid for the heater but during the second week when we decided we no longer needed it our money was refunded with no problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time on our honeymoon and hope to return to this beautiful house for another vacation.

Our stay at the home was great. The home is equipped with everything that you need. I would recommend to anyone. Pool was great and warm. Except for the last 2 days that the heat pump broke down. Call the management company and they were there immediately. But they needed to call the repair company since it was something they could not fix on the spot. I chocked it up to unforeseen incidents. Still the issue was handled appropriately. great customer service, I even received a heat refund without asking. Thank you. Again loved the home and would be glad to return anytime.

We were very pleased with our experience. The house is clean, and has everything you need to have a wonderful time in Orlando. It has a great pool with water jets. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the extended deck. The house is in a perfect location: it took us only 10 minutes to reach Disney, and grocery stores and restaurants within easy reach too.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

At beginning of June we stayed in this villa. The house was clean and well taken care of. The house has an open floor plan that was perfect for entertaining. The 2 story family room was beautiful. There was plenty of room, and each room had flat panel TV, so we could escape to our room when we wanted privacy. I must say this pool is one of the best. It was truly spectacular there were water jets, and water shooting from the deck into the pool, which my 2 year old loved. There was a half bath outside in the patio area which was nice, since we didn't have to run inside every time we needed to use the bathroom. It was very convenient with a small child.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
