First floor, living area with fireplace, and kitchen. Two large bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Second floor, living area, french doors leading to an upper deck with a great view. Large master suite with sitting room facing the gulf. French doors open up to a large private bathroom, with a tub that could fit 2 nicely. Small second bedroom.
This is a very unique home because it offers privacy for two families. Brand new golf course can be seen from the upper deck. Gazebo is in back of the house for outdoor dining. Tikhut for dining and a tiki bar for your Mint Juleps is out back by the pool.
Seaside which was made famous by the Truman story is a short drive away. Seaside has an outdoor market area featuring many unusual shops and eateries. Seaside also has an outdoor amphitheater which offers daily events for children. Panama city beach is about 15
minutes east and Destin about 20 minutes west of Seacrest.

Carol: Thanks for the opportunity to spend our extended vacation in your home again. Weather this year was beautiful. The addition of the King bed certainly is a draw to your accomodations. Our doggie is so at home there as are we. Most relaxing around the pool and so glad we were able to use this year with the warmer days. Wished we were there for a couple more weeks to see the Wisteria bloom. Morning and afternoon walks on the white sand, emerald water and amazing sunsets made for a complete relaxing vacation. Will be seeing you again. This home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! Carol was so hospitable and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible! We loved the new king size bed, flat screen tv, outdoor gas grill and the pool was wonderful! The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our week long stay. Lots of good restaurants and shopping near by. The private beach access is about a block away and was not crowded at all. Thanks again, Carol for sharing your wonderful home with us! We look forward to coming again soon!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.
