This beautiful, bright and cheery house, located on a peaceful, residential street, is perfect for any size family or large group. Ample parking accommodates 8 to 10 cars. A five minute walk will have you sitting on the beach, basking in the sun! Less than a 10 minute drive will have you at Barefoot Landing enjoying the many unique shops and restaurants. Enjoy a day at our screened, enclosed pool without the bothersome bugs! What a perfect way to relieve the stress! Pool can be heated for an additional charge.
With a weekly rental you will get use of our new Golf Cart. It is a fun way to take trips around the neighborhood, quick trips to the store and cart all that stuff to the beach! This is one of the new street legal low speed vehicles. Great fun for the whole family!
There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen beds. One bedroom has a single double, the fourth bedroom is on the first floor with a double and a twin - perfect for kids! Each bedroom has it's own bathroom for privacy!
Minimum age to rent is 25. Cleaning fee is $200. Tax rate is 12%.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Our family was looking for a great place to vacation. We looked at the mountains and the beach and the beach won hands down. We visited a lot of beaches but fell in love with the North Myrtle Beach area. It is a great family location - great for everyone from my 99 year old grandma to my 5 year old niece. Also -the dogs love it too!
The Unique Benefits of this Single Home
We love riding our bikes in the neighborhood. Of course going to the beach and just playing in the pool. It is so relaxing every time we go!
