The Sundance apartments, built in 2006, have been completed to a very high standard. The apartment has impressive views, enjoyed from 2 full length balconies, with the living room and main bedroom looking out over the Dents du Midi and the other 2 bedrooms towards the mountain and the vast ski area. The nearest lift is 40m away, and centre of the resort is an easy 5min walk, with a supermarket, ski hire shops, and restaurants even closer. The Sundance has a Jacuzzi, sauna, boot and ski room as well as a restaurant, bar and reception area. The apartment provides spacious, luxury accommodation for a group of 6 - 8 adults. The contemporary interior includes a large living area, with wooden floors, 40' flat screen TV above a modern glass fronted real fireplace. The granite top breakfast bar has stools looking into the fully fitted open plan kitchen with a large dining table situated alongside. All the bedrooms have plenty of cupboards and wardrobes. There are 3 bathrooms.
About the resort: The Swiss village of Les Crosets, at 1660m, is arguably one of the best access points into the Portes du Soleil ski area but is only a 1.5hr drive from Geneva. The village provides all the required amenities including ski hire, ski school, a supermarket and many restaurants. In addition to the village restaurants there are a number of excellent, typically Swiss, mountainside (ski access in the winter and walking/car access in the summer) eateries. Champery, a chocolate box village, is only a 15 minute drive away. The Portes du Soleil is the largest skiing area in the world with over 650km of piste linking 14 resorts which include Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel, Champoussin, Morgins and Champery. In the summer the extensive walking and VTT (mountain biking) trails keep the mountains open to all. From the centre of Les Crosets the renowned 'Swiss Wall' is only 2 lifts away and the French side only 1 lift. The area caters for all abilities of skiers and boarders.
All three are carpeted and have access to balconies, they have two bedside tables with lamps and built in wardrobes. Two bedrooms have fully tiled ensuite with shower cubicle and toilet, plus sink with mirrored cabinet. The third is next opposite the family bathroom, with WC and shower over large bath. Great Mountain top Ski in Ski out location in a small village near the lake and spa Hotels. On the border of Switzerland and France. Great for skiing and summer activities such as mountain biking and walking. All local amenities to hand, including bar and restaurant on site. Part time receptionist, ski room, parking. Ski: Great skiing on the massive Portes Du Soliel ski area. The resort is at the bottom on the famous Swiss Wall and a few lift conections away from Avoriaz. You can easily ski to Chatel, Morgins, Morzine, Champery and many other distinations. There is a nursery slope right next to the apartment block, where the young children are taught the basics at 4 or 5 years old. The Ski schools in the resort are excellent and cater for all standards and languages.

About the owner: Purchased the property off plan. It's my only ski rental and I use it myself as much as I can.
Why the Owner Chose Champery: My wife likes the amazing views and fact it's so close to the nursery slopes for the children.
