Very Reasonable; Two bedrooms.Total of TWO Queen size beds and one Twin bed. DSL INTERNET ACCESS New mattresses high quality, Kitchen completely REMODELED from top to bottom, walls taken down, all new appliances, granite counter top, new slate floor, custom made dining table etc.
Condo acquired recently, new furniture. Sleeps two to five. A few steps(200 feet) to reliable shuttle bus. Runs every twenty minutes. Five to ten minutes to slopes, shops, restaurants, movies, etc. Excellent for families or friends. NO PETS ALLOWED, NON SMOKING
On ground level; hence, minimal stairs and walking from parking and to free shuttle bus. Full kitchen, Stainless steel appliances, full size refrigerator-freezer, microwave, custom made dining table, many extra necessities. Just COMPLETELY remodeled top to bottom, walls taken down, etc.
Living room has a fireplace, Large size TV, VCR, DVD, and Stereo, Phone and DSL INTERNET SERVICE . Modem has a wireless & DSL connection.Both bedrooms have a thin line bedroom a DVD telephones with an answering machine. There is an assigned parking space for one car.

Many references can be given.I am fair to my renters and do not take advantage of them as far as charges are concerned. I strive to have only responsible renters rather than charge inflated fees.
Why the Owner Chose Snowlion
My unit has an excellant shuttle bus service to the slopes. I believe the best in Vail without being right in the Village. This allows my rental rates to be reasonable and the unit to be very convenient and enjoyable for skiers and non skiers.

The condo is very nice and well equipped. You have everything you need. We had dinner every night at home except for one night as kitchen was equipped to cook nice meals. With 4 children, it was much easier than going out. As we did not have a car, we asked our taxi driver to wait for us at a supermarket while we get foods on the way from Denver airport. Free shuttle bus runs around 3 times an hour (bus stop is 2 minutes away from the condo) and it is very convenient to go and come back from Vail village. The laundry machine is not in the unit and you need to go to a laundry room in the building (on the same floor) with a bunch of quarters (which we did not have) & detergent to do the laundry. As long as you prepare enough quarters beforehand, you are all set!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.
