Sea Cliff Hale is perched on a small ocean cove where Waikomo Stream meets the ocean. You can enjoy easy, private ocean access down the back stairs for excellent snorkeling, surfing and swimming. The rear lanais of the house are twenty feet from where the green Sea Turtles swim and rest. The house provides you with a private, quiet observation point to enjoy the turtles and monk seals.
This secluded, cozy house is on a quiet street that leads to Whalers Cove. The property has several lanais including two tropical patios nestled in tropical foliage, plumeria and orchid trees, palms, and bougainvillea for outside relaxation There are also four oceanfront lanais that hang over this beautiful cove.
The Sea Cliff house has a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house can be divided and rented in smaller variations. Of these, are three private bedrooms with their own lanais on the oceanfront. They are all equipped with king beds, TV/VCR and private bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have garden views.
The Sea Cliff Hale has recently been completely remodeled.. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for entertaining. There are two separate laundry areas on the property. The five bedroom house can comfortably sleep thirteen and is ideal for two or three couples with their children.
Just around the corner (two blocks away) is the beautiful "Baby Beach." Baby beach is a quiet, sandy beach - perfect for small children and sunbathing. Sea Cliff Hale is also conveniently located near markets, shopping, restaurants, and all that beautiful sunny Poipu has to offer.
