Come experience the unique blend of charm and adventure that Hatteras Village has to offer. The "Summer Time" beach house is close to all the amenities of Hatteras Village including several marinas that have a world-class fleet of in-shore and off-shore fishing vessels, shopping, and historical sites. For the beach lover, walk 100 yards down the wooden boardwalk to the beach or, if you have a 4X4, drive on the beach to Hatteras Inlet for a relaxing day of surf fishing.
Located at the southern tip of Hatteras Island, the Village also offers easy access to Ocracoke Island via the free ferry. The area is also known for the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (15 minutes away), miles of undeveloped, unspoiled beaches, water sports, relaxing family vacations, and, did I mention, fishing?
The house was built just a few years ago in the upscale and popular Summer Place neighborhood. It is on the third row from the ocean. The reverse floor plan maximizes the enjoyment of the expansive views of the ocean and sound. Of the five bedrooms, four are masters (with private baths).
The amenities include private baths in all but one bedroom, TVs in each bedroom, a private pool with heat (optional), a private hot tub, game room with Ping-Pong table, screened porch, outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, video library, VCRs in all rooms, DVD, stereo, and well-stocked kitchen.
The bedrooms are king, king, king, two twins, and two bunks (four beds); sleeping a total of 12.

What a wonderful time we had. While on vacation I rather eat out mostof the time BUT the kitchen was stocked so nice we just enjoyed the home and wonderful views cooked and stayed in. Nice size pool also with great pool furniture. We have stayed at places before where we were disappointed the pool was so small and very cheap furniture but not here. Thank you and we will be back!
