Hello, we are the Burnettes from Candler, North Carolina (just outside Asheville), and welcome to our home at the beach!
Our spacious, first floor, one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located in the beautiful Shipwatch Pointe II resort community of Shore Drive. You will love the well manicured, lush, green courtyard with an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool with dressing area, 12-person hot tub, and gas grills with outdoor eating areas. Everything you could possibly need for any time of year.
Myrtle Beach: 60 miles of great beaches, 120 championship golf courses (enough said??), diverse entertainment, amusements, bargin shopping and food galore!
Our condominium has many amenities to offer that will fit your needs during your stay at the beach. We use our condominium often when it is not rented, so it is kept in perfect condition. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a pack-n-play and highchair provided for families visiting with small children.
Give us a call. We rent weekly (Sat. to Sat.) or monthly ( Jan., Feb.,March & April only ) with reasonable rates. We would love to share our home with you!

Hello, we are Gary & Vicky Burnette from Candler,NC. Although we live in one of the most beautiful places in the mountains of Western North Carolina we have always loved the beach. We have been married 34 years and have twin sons, two dtr-in-laws,one awesome grandson and a furry girl "Panda" our adorable Shih-Tzu.
Why the Owner Chose Shipwatch Pointe 2
We vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years. In 2004 we decided to purchase our own vacation "getaway". We love the Shore Dr area as its a dead end street and there's not alot of thru traffic. We love that its a quiet residentual feel and yet Tanger Outlets, Super Wal-Mart, Barefoot Landing, Broadway @ The Beach, Entertainment for all ages and many great Restraunts are only a short drive away. The relaxing courtyard of Shipwatch Pointe II is also a plus with its outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub,grilling area and plenty of green grass to play on.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Its all about relaxation for us! We have a busy life Monday-Thursday and its a nice "getaway" Friday-Sunday to just sit on the beach or at the pool with a good book. I have a great walking path mapped out thats a good workout for me. Ocean Annies is just across the street if you want to hang out & listen to the band.

We came to stay in May 2007. We had a great time and this is a wonderful place to stay within walking distance of the beach but away from all the crowds and tourists, but still well within driving distance of everything you need. Wow! What a beautiful Condo! The grounds- with indoor pool , outdoor pool and hot tub- were gorgeous and so fun as well! The condo is very comfortable as well, we totally enjoyed our stay as did our daughters, aged 9 and 16. The location is awesome as well, short walk to the beach and yet in a quieter, more residential than commercial area, but still so close to all the attractions. I'll definately recommend this to friends and co-workers!

We loved your condo. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. It is so clean and feels just like home. It was so peaceful and relaxing and so close to the beach. My 3 year old would even walk to the beach without complaining. We will be returning next year.
