As always, enjoyed my stay!! This is the best accomodation by far in MB!! My daughter and her babies went with me, she was thrilled with the cleaniness and the just being at home feeling!! You have everything you need and then some!! The grounds are beautiful and the beach is just a short walk!! I would highly recommend without any hesitation!! The listing photos reflect the property very well! You are very close to outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and of course a Super Walmart!! The owners are extremely accomodating, very pleasant and easy to work with.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was exactly what I expected. It was VERY clean, which I am particular about. Everything that you could possibly need was right there for you. All of the linens were supplied and the added bonus of a washer and dryer right in the condo. The location of the condo was great!! A short walk to the beach, which was never over-crowded. Shipwatch Pointe was very well maintained. My son loved the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Many nights we cooked out on the grill. This was a fantastic vacation. Vicky was very quick to answer any questions I had. We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Wonderful 2 week vacation...most well-equipped condo we've ever stayed in!! Vicky was so accomadating from start to finish. And it was even better that we were right downstairs from our first grandson. Yes, my son lives upstairs! Thats how much we love Shipwatch! Thanks for everything!

We came to stay in May 2007. We had a great time and this is a wonderful place to stay within walking distance of the beach but away from all the crowds and tourists, but still well within driving distance of everything you need. We had a great time, the condo is very clean and everything listed was just as promised. Thank you so much for sharing your home and we will definately come back again.

Wow! What a beautiful Condo! The grounds- with indoor pool , outdoor pool and hot tub- were gorgeous and so fun as well! The condo is very comfortable as well, we totally enjoyed our stay as did our daughters, aged 9 and 16. The location is awesome as well, short walk to the beach and yet in a quieter, more residential than commercial area, but still so close to all the attractions. I'll definately recommend this to friends and co-workers!

Vicky, Lisa and I had the most wonderful, relaxing time ever in your condo. The location was absolutely perfect for our first girls weekend in years. The shopping was right there for us to enjoy and Ocean Annie's was a perfect way for us to end our evenings. The weather ended up being warmer than we had expected, so your beach chairs came in very handy as well. We had a lovely time staying at the Burnette's condo. It was spotlessly clean and well organized. We think it is in one of the best locations in the Myrtle Beach area - close to everything but still in a quiet area.

Vicky and Gary--We love your place. It's the perfect "home away from home". You truly did think of all one might need. We have a teenager and a five year old, both were well occupied. Vicky & Gary, Your condo is wonderful! The kids and I loved our stay. It was so convenient to many fun attractions, yet out of the main stream of traffic and congestion. We were able to walk to the beach, carrying all of our "beach things" without getting exhausted, because it was so close. The grounds were beautiful and when it rained, the kids really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. We will definitely be going back. Thanks for doing such a great job of making your guests feel at home.

I found Vicky and Gary's condo just perfect for us. It felt like home. There were movies already there, so after a long day at the beach or shopping, we could pop in a movie and sit back and relax. It was also nice knowing there was a full kitchen and outside grill, so if we didn't want to wait in long lines at the restaurant, we could put something on the grill and enjoy the evening. The place was just beautiful, with all the luxuries you could want. I will definately be back.
