Great Breckenridge Location - Park Place condominium, this two bedroom, two bath condominium is first-class, ski-in lodging in beautiful Breckenridge. First Floor Unit located only 800 feet from the Snowflake Chairlift, you can walk or take the shuttle from across the street, at the end of the day ski down 4 O’clock Ski Run and your home. Directly across the street from the Breckenridge Performing Arts Center, and one block from Main Street, and hundreds of restaurants and shops.

Rustic mountain decor. Master Suite (Moose Room) with Queen Log Bed, second Bedroom (Bear Room) has a Queen Bed and twin bunkbeds, also Queen Sleeper Sofa located in the living room. Units has outside, dead bolt locking ski storage closet. Hot tubs and heated swimming pool (covered in winter by a bubble). Steam shower, washer and dryer in unit, 27 and 19 inch televisions and has a small propane grill in the deck (Tanks Available at City Market Grocery).

Ski four resorts on one lift ticket (Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, as well as Vail and Beaver Creek). Take the trolley to the indoor recreation center - enjoy swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball, and fitness center.

Additional outdoor activities include snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, and hot-air ballooning. For a special treat, take that special someone on a night-time, dinner, sleigh ride through the mountains - unforgettable!

If you like Colorado in winter, you will be in heaven in summer! Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, hot-air ballooning, rock climbing, kayaking, horseback riding, camping, and alpine slide.
