Located on 9th Street, this stilt duplex is TWO (2) units each having TWO (2) bedrooms and TWO (2) baths (accommodating up to SIX (6) in each unit). Great for TWO families wanting to vacation together, and still have their privacy. Plenty of car and boat trailer parking either under carport or on gravel next to unit.
Use of Cabana Club (a short walk, drive of take advantange of club shuttle) [1/2 mile from Sunkeys] which includes: ocean beach, heated pool, showers, restrooms, poolside cocktail lounge, game room, fishing pier, snack bar, and Cabana Breezes Restaurant.
Wi-Fi access, fully furnished, amenities featured are listed below including: ceiling fans, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The large, wide porch has a partial glass block wall separating each unit, which overlooks 75’ of boat dockage on a 100' wide deep water canal with cement bulkhead (lights, electric, and water at dock), with very easy access that leads to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico.
Many nearby attractions and activities . . Dolphin Research Center, Theatre of the Sea, Crane Point Hammock & Museum, Bahi Honda State Park, Key West, etc, etc.
On KCB 9 hole PAR 3 golf, tennis, bocci ball, basketball court, pickle ball, horseshoe area, playgrounds, bike, walking and roller blade paths, boat rentals, deep-sea fishing, diving, and snorkeling.

We bought one half of this duplex in 1986 as it was being built, and the other half in 1989, and have been renting it since then. The family (myself, husband, and 2 children) have spent many vacations at Sunkeys, and always thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Haase's came through at last minute for us when we had another reservation that was not acceptable for anyone to stay in. Our 2 weeks went much too quickly, and went home with our limit of 'tails'. Beautiful home with all amenities we needed. Thank you for renting to us.

Our 6th winter staying at Sun Keys, and as usual it went too quickly. It's truly a home away from home for 9 weeks, and had a great time again. See you winter of 2011.

Very nice place - had a great stay - except weather was windy and ended with Tropical Storm Bonnie, which owners can't do anything about. Looking forward to next year.
