Kitchen/kitchenettes are fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals, convection microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, porcelein electric cook-top built into dining island that seats four.
Spacious, non-smoking, newly decorated, one-bedroom, studio and loft apartments, with full-size sleeper sofa in separate formal "city view" living room. The sleeper sofa is equipped with the new firm mattress and inflatable pillow top combination. Comfortable! Fireplace in four apartments. Private en-suite full bath. Bedroom has queen bed with best linens, cable TV with 700 channels, HBO, etc. Washer and dryer and full private bath. Air conditioning, Wireless Internet (WiFi) are included.
The apartments are located in Historic St. George Village. The 10-minute walk through the quiet, safe Victorian neighborhood brings you to famous "free" Staten Island Ferry! Manhattan is just a 20-25 minute ferry trip away. The free ferry (#1 tourist attraction in the city!) provides the most spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty and skyline and runs 24/7 every 30 minutes (15-20 minutes during rush hour). Local shops, bakery, good restaurants, a supermarket, offer all the amenities for your stay. Free, ample and safe on street parking at the Villa entrance. Use of BBQ patios and formal gardens, with considerable privacy for NYC along with easy access.
If available, smaller studio and rooftop loft apartments with fireplaces.

$2,400.00 for a Luxury One Bedroom Villa Apartment.
