This Vero Beach condominium right on the beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This is a designer furnished end unit in a gated community in the Village of Sea Oaks. Sea Oaks has a tennis club with 12 clay courts, exercise facility and beach club with formal and casual dining. The unit is fully equipped with everything from beach chairs, towels, fully-stocked kitchen, secure private entrance from the elevator, Two pools, hot tubs, just steps from the beach and turquoise blue ocean. Large patio on east and west side. The building is only 4 stories and there is private and secure elevator to the unit. The bedrooms are as follows: King bed in the master with private oversized bath and separate shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twins. There is a powder room and 2nd full bath for guests. The sofa is a sleeper and there 2 air conditioning units for optimal comfort. High speed cable internet available as well. We purchased in 2002 as an investment that we can enjoy and it has come to be a place we have enjoyed so much that it has become much more to our family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
A typical day starts with enjoying breakfast overlooking the beach and Atlantic followed by a walk on the beach or the Jungle trail which is along the Indian River with access from Sea Oaks. Relax by the pool or take in a game of tennis or golf at nearby Sandridge golf course. Enjoy lunch oceanside at the Sea Oaks Beach club. We enjoy fishing on the beach or riding the waves with boogie boards. We always have a snacks and "happy hour" on the patio before we head over to the many great restaurants on the island or mainland. We tell you the best places to dine and help you really enjoy your entire stay in Vero Beach. Sea Oaks is a relaxed friendly community and the people make this place a very enjoyable atmosphere.

We are the Nichols family and we have owned our beachfront condo since 2002. We have come to call this our "sanctuary" and have many fond memories of our visits to Vero Beach. We enjoy biking the jungle trail, fishing off shore and off the beach, reading a book and of course enjoying "happy hour" on the oceanfront patio taking this breathtaking view in as often as possible. Many friends have enjoyed coming back year after year. A real vacation is relaxing and not running aroung a theme park all week and that's what you'll find here. We are close enough to the Orlando area and the Space Center where you can take a day trip but get back to the relaxing. We have seen sea turtle's nesting and hatching in the summer and manatees in the fall and winter. Give this vacation a try and you'll understand what is so quaint and special about Vero Beach.

Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you could possibly need for cooking, great views and lots of room. The condo is located right next to the main pool at the clubhouse. You could not be any closer to the pool or beach. We traveled with two boys, 9 and 11, and two 16 yr. old girls and everyone had an excellent time. The Disney resort is located right next to the Sea Oaks and has lots of activity on the beach which kept the teenagers occupied. We were able to view a sea turtle laying eggs and our girls got to see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean. Our absolute favorite restaurant was the Scampi Grill - Italian at its best. Also, you need to visit the Treasure museum down the road in Sebastian. The cost is only $2.00 per person, is very educational. Thank you for letting us enjoy your vacation home. We had a great time and hope to come back next year.

Our stay in Vero Beach was everything we hoped for and more! From the first day we inquired to the last day we were there, the owner made us feel like we were a real priority. He always reponded to our questions quickly, sent clear directions, offered eating/shopping/entertainment tips since we were new to the area, made it clear how/where to get help if we needed it and made us feel like it was "our place" to relax and enjoy. The package we received from the friendly gate attendant upon arrival was just as informative and helpful. Every important detail was covered! We felt like we knew exactly what the condo would be like (great size, comfortable, beautiful views etc.) before we arrived. And we were not disappointed at all. In fact, "you have to see it to believe it." Clear views of the beach and pool from the balcony, generous living areas, comfortable beds, internet, great air conditioning, immaculate grounds, endless beaches in both directions, top of the line fitness center, superb tennis courts, friendly neighbors etc. And no, I am not getting paid to say this! Even the "negatives" that can come when you stay anywhere for a month were dealt with quickly and professionally. Our adult sons/daughter thoroughly enjoyed their stay and were quick to ask if we were returning next year. Now that they are in the "real job" world they appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of the resort as well as the many opportunities to be more active if they wanted to do so. I observed families with children who seemed to be having the time of their life as well. Even though we stayed for a month we already are talking about what we would see and do if we went back. We certainly will return again if we can. The "load" melted off our backs there and we were able to go home feeling refreshed and relaxed...worth every penny!

I have been coming here for 4 years and it has been a wonderful location. It is right on the beach and you can see your family from the balcony as they lounge on the beach or at the private pool. It has a great beach club and tennis facility. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with on the contract and he always provides great tips on places to dine and recreational activities. Sea Oaks has an active social group and it is a safe gated community. The unit has all the comforts of home and is a casually elegant decor that allows one to truly relax and enjoy being at the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
