We had a wonderful week at this amazing property. With three children under 7 it's often difficult to find a place that is fun and safe for the children, but still nice and set up for the adults. This property was perfect for us all. The kids loved the pool and yard. We loved the decor and large bedroom spaces. Location is very close to airport... Baby learned to say 'plane' and point to the sky. It didn't take long to get used to the noise, especially given the view of the beautiful backyard. Thank you for the fun week!

Easy and Memorable

"Simply put, our vacatioin was fantastic. The house was perfect with enough space for us to spread out a little or spend time together. We spent a lot of time out by the pool, either in it or sitting by it enjoying the sunshine and peaceful back yard. Everything was there that we needed and it was very easy to just walk in and make ourselves at home. Mike was great and very helpful in getting us settled. The house is gorgeous! We loved the polished concrete floors and the modern decor. the location was great - so central to downtown and easy to get to the freeway....I don't know if it was the Palm Springs air or the sunshine or just being on holiday, but we all slept for 10 hours a night and we never do that! We aren't sure what next winter will bring but we will be sure to be in touch if it looks like we will be able to make it back. We have already recommended you to several of our friends. We would like to extend a huge Thank You to you for making our vacation so easy and memorable."

We found this place to be as advertised. It was clean and will maintained. We had an excellent time and certainly if we were going as a family of 6-8 we would rent this house again. I can not think of anything that was wrong. We were meet we we arrived and were shown through the house and shown where everything was and how it all worked. Once again we had an excellent time.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely get-away. The house was great. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My family was in Palm Springs for a wedding and the house had EVERYTHING we needed. It had a great open floor plan. My daughter-in-law sarcastically commented, "Thanks for ruining vacations for me, I will never want to stay in a hotel again. The house was perfect."

Cozy home, nice backyard

I have spent a weekend here every Summer/Fall for the past 4 years with family and friends. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the 111 and there is Albertson (among other stores and restaurants) close by. Wifi covers the house and the backyard. The house has two spacious master bedrooms, one medium bedroom and one smaller bedroom/office. Lots of design details throughout. One of the bedrooms is quite oversized including a king size bed, sofa, coffee table and a TV. The other master has modern configuration with a divider wall separating from the bathroom (no door) - good for couples, bad for the privacy conscious – and a rain shower with window to the backyard. Almost all the rooms have several large windows, giving a very airy feeling and tons of sunlight. Those who like to sleep in late – take the large master. The kitchen area is well stocked. The backyard is very nice, there is an above-ground Jacuzzi for about 4 people and a medium size pool. There is plenty of lawn space and lounge chairs for basking under the sun, and there is a very large tree providing plenty of shade for those avoiding the sun. One of my favorite features – there is a patio area in the backyard with a large table and comfortable chairs, we use this for many of our meals. Looking forward to going back!

I stayed here with 8 of my girls for five days of complete joy. It was a pamper weekend for my birthday and we had the BEST time ever !! Complete serenity !! No worries, just beautiful days and nights spent in in the pool and spa !! Manicures on the patio while sippin a glass of Sangria---nothing better.So much space I forgot that other people where there and the chef loved the kitchen. We have decided to make this an annual outting !! The owner and her crew where awesome and where available for anything we needed. We will definately be back !!! Avian and Cay you rock !! Thanks for everything !!

My husband and I recently rented this house for a week in July. We absolutely loved this property! It was well-decorated, extremely clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The owner was very helpful and the process of renting the property was easy and seamless. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this property to others.

Amazing, relaxing, very private retreat

I stayed here with 6 girls for my 30th birthday party. It was such a treat. The colors of the flowers in the yard are so bright, it feels like you're in a movie. Add the hummingbirds, hot tub, pool, and spacious sitting area and you're in heaven. The bedrooms are decorated impeccably, and each is very cozy and comfortable. We cooked a lot, and there were plenty of kitchen items that it felt like home. Plus, the seating areas around the kitchen made cooking an event that everyone got to take part in. This was truly a perfect weekend. I wouldn't change anything about this property.

A Wonderful Retreat

We rented this home with another family. It accommodated us all very nicely with plenty of privacy as well as shared space. The floor plan is very functional, all on one level, mostly barrier free, and conducive to groups of any sort. Bedrooms were spacious, particularly the two with baths, and the bathrooms were fabulous. Amenities were modern and clean and all in working order. The home is contemporary with great decor but not so fussy that we were "nervous" about living there for a week. The front of the property is nicer than the picture depicts, and the backyard pool and spa area is absolutely lovely - flowers, privacy hedge, grass, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture, patio, and poolside all week. The owner was very friendly and responsive to all our pre-visit e-mailed questions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but is conveniently located with good proximity to the Tram, Joshua Tree, Desert Springs, and downtown Palm Springs, hiking, biking, golf, etc. Within easy walking distance of a large grocery store. This was the most affordable property that met our basic wish list, and it was a great experience. We would book this property again in a heartbeat.

A wonderful vacation home in Palm Springs.

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home in Palm Springs. My parents, sister, nieces, son, little dog and I had a wonderful time. It was nice of you to order such lovely weather as well. Nice touch! We would come again in a heart beat. We saw lots of sites, enjoyed the outdoor restaurants, Joshua Tree National Park, horse backing riding, sky tram, markets and shopping. Not to mention a relaxing swim every day in your pool and sitting in the beautiful secluded yard and back yard barbecues. This lovely home was close to all amenities, but was very private and spacious. I could have stayed another week easily. Take care.

Beautiful, care-free vacation

This is an excellent vacation rental: quiet, beautiful, conveniently located (close to shopping, etc.). The house is exceptionally clean and loaded with character and conveniences. Enjoy full, lazy days at the pool, along with a well-equipped kitchen and bbq. Everything you need to get away from the city for a few days is here. This is our favorite vacation spot in California, and we will continue to visit for years to come. It is like our own personal spa.

Perfect Group Getaway

I rented this home with my husband, sister, mother, father and mother-in-law. We had plenty of room and privacy in our bedrooms while enjoying the common areas and beautiful backyard. This home is very stylish yet comfortable. It was the perfect combination of luxury & relaxation. In my opinion, the house & yard look BETTER than the photos! We loved cooking in the spacious kitchen which overlooks the living area. Everything was clean and all the amenities you could need were provided. Our only complaint was that the TV was old and the picture didn't fit on the screen. It seems like a nice flat screen would have fit in with the decor much better. The owner was friendly and easygoing. She made us feel like we were old friends. The house is a little off the beaten path but still only a mile or two from the main strip (Palm Canyon Drive), hiking and other activities. When we were hanging out on the patio or by the pool, we felt like we were in our own little world. No noise from the neighbors and the backyard is completely walled in. We really felt at home here. Note: This house is near the airport so planes roar overhead a few times a day (never at night). We were having such a great time, it didn't seem to bother any of us at all!

absolutely perfect!

this rental home was the absolute perfect spot for us during our stay in palm springs. we were in town for the birth of the daughter we would be adopting. in addition to my husband, myself and the baby, our immediate family members stayed in the house. the master bedroom off of the kitchen was perfect for us and the baby. it was a large room with plenty of room for a bassinet and the room's sitting area with a couch and tv was perfect for late night feedings. not to mention the privacy we had on the opposite side of the house from the rest of the family. we didn't have to worry about them being awakened by a crying baby. the house itself was beautiful, spotless and tastefully furnished in mid-century style and was even better in person than in the photos. the back yard was beautifully landscaped and the rare palm springs lawn was great for our dogs to run around on. last but not least, the owner of the home was extremely friendly, professional and courteous and made contact with us several times before our trip to make sure we had all the info we needed for our stay. at the end of our stay, the owner made a point to check in with us to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any questions about our check-out. we will absolutely be coming back here the next time we go to palm springs for a change of scenery!
