Conveniently located within walking distance to town, the beach and the Chatham A's baseball field, the property comfortably sleeps 14. Whether you are interested in renting the main house which sleeps 10 comfortably or the entire compound, this property affords you space, comfort and convenience.
Our Home is IDEAL for the family and friends of the bride or groom. The dining room can easily host a small rehearsal dinner and our proximity to the Queen Anne Inn is a plus for additional guests!
The main house has a large living room, sitting room, and a family room so the kids have their space and adults have their's. The dining room has a large table which seats 12to 16 easily and can be extended with additional tables. There are four bedrooms, with the master on the first floor with his-and-her bathrooms! The second floor has three bedrooms (queen, double and single, and double and single) and two full baths.
The cottage which can be rented separately is a building on the property which affords convience to the Main House as well as a bit of distance. The unit has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Comfortably furnished, it sleeps 4 as the sofa in the living room is a pull out queen bed.
Whatever you choose, when you arrive at our home, you park your car and walk wherever you want to go.
This property is ideal for multiple families/family reunion, weddings, where you spend time but you are not on top of each other!
