  We spent a wonderful week in April at this lovely apartment, conveniently located in the centre of town. This really is a gem in a busy town like Aix - modern, clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The owners have made great effort to make this a very welcoming and attractive place to call home for a week. We enjoyed visiting so many wonderful places in Aix and the Provence and being able to park the rental car in the underground parking was definitely a huge bonus for us. Groceries are easy to buy and the markets are a great place to buy the local specialities. Our favourite restaurant was Pasta Cosi on the rue Entrecasteaux followed by gelato at Giovanni Gelateria on the cours Mirabeau, delicious!. We hope to return soon.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We have just recently arrived home from a memorable 2-week stay in Maryline's apartment. The apartment is exactly as advertised by the owner. It is modern, stylish and so convenient to the Old Town, Tourist Office (which provides excellent tours) and shops. The apartment was also immaculately clean. We were met at the TGV station by the owner and her husband, driven to the apartment where we were shown how everything worked and were encouraged to call her if we needed anything. Truly wonderful customer service. In addition the kitchen was well-stocked and the towels and soaps of excellent quality. We especially enjoyed the restaurant La Tomate Verte on rue des Tanneurs.   My family spent a wonderful week in this apartment. It was absolutely well equipped for meal preparation and the clothes dryer was a great bonus. The apartment was well maintained, warm and comfortable, qualities which make a difference to the quality of our stay especially in winter. The apartment is unbelievably close to the city centre, making it so easy for us to explore the place on foot. We had a great time visiting the markets and exploring the meandering streets. Of course, The availability of parking within the building allowed us to have a car, which enabled us to access many beautiful villages and small towns in the region. In all, Maryline's wonderful apartment has done much to make our time in Provence a fantastic one, and when we return again, we will definitely like to stay at the apartment again.   This is a very nice modern apartment in the perfect location to enjoy Aix en Provence. All the interesting sights, restaurants, and shops are in walking distance. The apartment is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and very quiet at night. There is a great outdoor sitting area that we relaxed on with a bottle of wine and dinner after busy days of sightseeing. The roads are well marked to explore Arles, the towns of the Luberon, and many sights are an easy day drive. The owners provide high quality towels, soaps, and a well stocked kitchen. Everything is done in very good taste and with your comfort in mind. We highly recommend this beautiful apartment.   We have just returned home after 2 wonderful weeks in Aix. From the moment we were greeted at the bus station by our hosts everything about the booking went perfectly. The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is very close to the centre of Aix but at the same time quiet and private. Nous y avons passé 15 jours ensoleillés avec le confort d'un appartement bien équipé et très bien présenté du point de vue aménagement, proximité centre-ville, sécurité et confort, enfin tout! C'était parfait. Merci Maryline!

  We have just returned home after 8 weeks in France 6 of which were spent at this lovely apartment. We found the apartment well equipped and immaculately clean. The apartment has been thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. It is in an excellent position very close to the centre of Aix but just far enough away to be quiet. It is only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the centre. There is a good supermarket just around the corner plus other shops nearby. We found the markets the best place to buy just about anything. The fresh fruit is marvellous and the cheese selection can't be beaten. The owners Maryline & Roland couldn't be more helpful in providing information about the area and advising places to visit. We were picked up at Aix TGV station and even dropped off at the station when we departed. We dined out at several restaurants in Aix and can recommend, Le Formal, Mitch and Belle Epoque. We would recommend the apartment to anyone.

  Thank you Maryline for such a such a beautiful, well-maintained and clean apartment. It was exactly as it was described on line. The location was perfect with a Monoprix just around the corner. The outside terrace was a wonderful place to drink your fabulous coffee! It was so nice of you to pick us up at the bus station. If I ever return to Aix, would love to rent it again.

  Excelente. O apartamento é extremamente limpo, muito bem mobiliado, tudo é perfeito. Cozinha totalmente equipada com aparelhos novos e de boa qualidade. Tudo o que precisamos estava disponível nos armários (Panelas, copos, taças, formas, travessas, e muito mais). Sala confortável, internet, tv a cabo (canais brasileiros disponíveis Record e Record INTL) ligações telefônicas livres para diversos países do mundo, inclusive o Brasil. Banheiro excelente, muito limpo, chuveiro quente na parte superior como no Brasil (e não aquelas duchas pequenas). Sistema de climatização em todas as peças. Dentro dos armários se encontra de tudo, desde carrinho de compras, guarda-chuva, ferramentas, material de limpeza, lampadas reservas, livros, dvds etc. Quartos com roupas de cama, toalhas e todo o mais novinho, limpo e cheiroso. Enfim, ficamos plenamente satisfeitos. Palavras não são suficientes para descrfever o capricho com que os proprietários cuidam deste AP e a cordialidade com que tratam os seus hóspedes. Somos muito gratos aos proprietários por terem nos recebido tão bem na França. Fomos muito felizes lá por quatro semanas (eu minha esposa e minha filha). Se eu puder ficarei neste ou em qualquer outro Ap desta proprietária por outras vezes. "

  My family and I stayed at this delightful apartment for one week at the end of October. Maryline was lovely and picked us up with her husband from the train station, which was great after such a long journey from England. The facilities at the apartment were really good, there was everything we needed. It was very centrally located and easy to get around to see the main sites. There were supermarkets nearby that had fresh produce, so we generally cooked in the apartment, although there were many restaurants and amazing patisseries located nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had a lovely time in Aix en Provence

  We had a wonderful week in Aix-en-Provence in late October and loved both the apartment and the city itself. The apartment is quite new, in a very interesting area in the centre of the city. It’s a modern urban development, well designed to fit seamlessly into the downtown of a very old city. It’s an easy and beautiful walk through the older parts of the city to restaurants, museums, shops, train station, bus station, and the important sights of the city. The Tourism Office is a stone’s throw from the apartment and they can put you in touch with companies running small group (up to 8 people) tours of places such as Marseille and Arles. We also did a great trip to Avignon by local bus. The owners of the apartment had left us the names of a large number of restaurants and had recommended a couple in particular. We fell in love with the exceptional food and service at La Tomate Verte, which is very nearby. The apartment itself was very comfortable and attractively decorated. Great care had gone into creating a very restful, pleasant and secure environment. It was spacious and well equipped – it really couldn’t have been better! The Nespresso machine was particularly welcome! In addition, the owners were very welcoming and accommodating and the communication with them both before and during the stay was efficient and timely. We were extremely impressed and pleased by the apartment, the owners and the entire experience!
