  My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay. The Cabin is great! It was very clean and spacious. We cooked in several times and found everything we needed. The owner is also wonderful to work with. We hope to have a chance to stay here again!!

  We were extremely pleased with Lovers Lodge. It was absolutely the best place we have stayed at so far. We thank Steve for his emails re: (directions, bc without them, you couldn't find it)all his info on any unforseen problems either with gas grill, fireplace, door combination, or road problems, he covered it all, and gave several contact numbers as well. The bedroom was very spacious with the jacuzzi in the bedroom there by the mirror & window. Cabin was very very clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub on deck. Probably more private when leaves are on the trees, but we had no problem, bc once weekend was over, no cars around. Quiet setting, and once you know the location, easy to get too, I liked the exit route, being available as well. Just don't go up that way, make sure you follow the route he gives you. We stayed five nights, and wished we could have stayed longer. Loved the fireplace, luckily our stay was during the time you could use it. We had everything we needed, but did bring extra toilet paper, for the length of our stay. (we do this at every condo/cabin we stay for over three days.) The cabin is between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, which was a plus for us. We were very satisfied, and will definitely make plans to use it again.

  We loved the cabin & had a wonderful weekend in Gatlinburg. Just a few pointers for future---bring your own toilet paper, bring your own pillows. Know ahead of time that there is scarce phone coverage thus GPS won't work most of the way through the neighborhood so be sure to know where the cabin is especially after dark.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Owner response: I asked the guest if they had starter toilet paper and if there were pillows for each bed. He said he did have them, but his wife wrote the review. He also said he had no trouble finding the cabin. He said he would ask his wife about it. I never heard from her.

  Lover's Lodge is hands down my new absolute favorite place to stay in the mountains! This cabin was so perfect. We couldn't have asked for better. As the owner tells you, you may need tire chains or 4-wheel drive to get to the cabin due to some steep hills but we were lucky and didn't have that problem. Thanks so much to the owner for sending directions too! Without those directions we would have been lost because my GPS was taking us to somewhere else haha. We found it fine though with directions. When we walked in, the first thing we both noticed was how clean this place is! It is very clear that the owner takes great pride in keeping this cabin nice and clean. The fireplace was a little confusing to figure out but once I found the direction book it was easy :-) The grill worked perfect and the hot tub was an awesome feature we really enjoyed. The jacuzzi tub was the best thing for me because its right there in the bedroom and so very relaxing. We encountered absolutely no problems, but I know that if we had the owner was very easy to contact if needed. This was the perfect romantic get away for us and we plan to come back very soon!! The last great touch we found was the journal that is left on the coffee table for renters to write notes in. It was great to be able to look and see that everyone else seems to enjoy this cabin just as much as we did! I plan to recommend this cabin to anyone! A+++++!!

  Wow! We are so happy we found this cabin! The pictures are absolutely perfect for showing how wonderful this cabin is. The road up to the cabin is a bit scary (coming from a backwoods WV girl!) and you DEFINITELY need 4wd and snow chains in winter. Lucky for us, it was just cold and we had no trouble getting there. I would recommend making the initial drive in the daylight as we drove in after dark in the fog and got a little lost. This cabin is simply wonderful. It is extremely clean, all the furnishings seemed brand new, and everything was comfy and cozy. And a bonus for me, plenty of throw blankets laying around! The hot tub was wonderful out on the deck and I was pretty sure no one could see me in it, although you do look down on other cabins from it. The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom was also super luxurious, and you can watch tv while in it! The kitchen was very well appointed and we didn't need anything while we were there. All of the bedding and towels were also very nice. I also liked how quiet the area is, even though there are other cabins and this cabin sits very close to the road, we never ever heard any other people or cars at all. We don't have cable tv at home, so it was a super bonus to have HD satellite TV and also wifi internet. The fireplace also seemed nice, but we didn't use it since the heat already keeps the cabin very toasty and warm. There is also a very nice gas grill on the back deck that we didn't get a chance to use, but plan to next time! My husband shot some pool on the nice little pool table as well. We were sad to leave this cabin, and we are already looking at dates for this year to plan some more getaways here. The owner is great to work with and responds extremely quickly to questions. You can tell the owners take great pride in this cabin and I think we love it as much as they do. :)

  My husband and I spent a long weekend in TN and had the pleasure of staying at the Lover's Lodge. The cabin is so cozy! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table the most. The gas fireplace is so pretty and the furnishings are comfortable. I hope we get the opportunity to visit again soon!

  We came to lover's lodge for a four night weekend getaway and could not have been happier! The place is just lovely and the pictures do not do it justice! It was the perfect size for a couple and could've easily fit 4 people. We only wish we could've stayed longer! We will be back for sure!

  We just spent 3 nights at this wonderful cabin and it was all that was promised and more!!!! The pictures do not do it justice. We celebrated our 20th anniversary in style!!! Once you get there you will not want to leave. We enjoyed the fireplace since we got a bit of snow!!!! It had been decorated with a small christmas tree and and other holiday decor. Very tasteful! All the ammmenities you could want and then some. Highly recommend this little piece of heaven to any one wanting to get away from it all and enjoy the quiet. Location was perfect for visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Steve was great to work with and look forward to returning again.

  As previous reviewers said, the road is very steep, but it is paved asphalt. We made it in a Mitsubishi Galant. I'd strongly suggest stopping at the Sky Harbor office and picking up a map of the division, it makes finding the cabin much easier. The cabin was all that was promised. Very secluded. Service was great. The TV was dead when we got there. After making a call, a new one was delivered and hooked up within 24 hours.Complete privacy. Two decks that are surrounded by tress. Close but not too close to Pigeon Forge. Convenient access to the Gatlinburg bypass, so you can get into the National Park without having to fight your way through Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are big on the tourist traffic, very crowded. We avoided these except to get groceries. The WIFI was a nice addition as we could send emails to check on things at home or check the internet for maps, park information, etc. We had a great time and would highly recommend this cabin.

  What a great cabin! The location is absolutely perfect, located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, it's a quiet and lovely escape! It's a steep climb up the mountain to the very top, but it's absolutely beautiful! The cabin is adorable, it's very roomy and comfortable. It's clean and has every modern convenience you'll need. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were more touristy than we expected, everything was very crowded and busy. (If you're military, remember to ask for a military discount everywhere, even for parking! The area is extremely military friendly and we save hundreds of $$ because of it!) It's perfect for a small family, not just honeymooners! Our kids loved the cabin and really loved heading back to it at the end of a long day of playing! Working with the owners was awesome, they were very kind and very helpful! Thank you for an awesome vacation! We highly recommend your cabins to everyone!
