Living room with a Queen sofabed, dining area, fully equipped eat-in-kitchen with over-the-range microwave oven, under the counter am/fm radio, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Sliding doors from master bedroom and living room to private balcony with electric grill, overlooking new heated swimming pool, kiddie pool and jacuzzi, with incredible ocean and beach view as well as breathtaking bay sunset.
3 cable TV's, one of which is a 32 inch LCD HIGH DEFINITION FLAT PANEL LIQUID CRYSTAL TV, 3 VCR's, 2 DVD's.
Linen provided. Just bring your beach towel, swim suit and sun block.
Building has 2 elevators. Gated main entrance with 24 hour security and one parking space. Landscaped sundeck with heated kiddies and adult pools, jacuzzi, exercise room, game room with ping-pong and pool tables.
Will personally welcome you and will be of assistance any time since I am also a summer resident in another unit.
