Liked the condo, location, and especially the price. We had a very relaxing vacation. We plan to book again next year, hopefully for 2 weeks! Dennis was excellent to work with.

Great Place to Stay in Hilton Head

This condo was a very relaxing place to stay in Hilton Head. We were there in May and the weather was perfect. The resort was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. It was just steps away from the ocean, tennis courts and one of the two pools in the resort. There is shuffle board, bikes to rent, food and drink all within the resort and walking distance. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within minutes of the resort. The one pool is very large and both pools have bathrooms adjacent to them. Both pools are very easy to walk to. The owner has beach chairs, sand toys etc to use while you are there. Dennis the owner was always available for any questions and very helpful with information about the island and resort. Hope we can go back again soon.

A great place to stay! Have been vacationing at HHI since the late 70's Short hop to the beach! Quiet and relaxing !

My family and I stayed at this condo in September! I can't say enough good things about this place! The condo was so close to the beach! It was decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The King size bed and T.V. in the Master bedroom were awesome! There was even an elevator in the building , so no climbing stairs! The owner was great to work with also, he was very helpful and answered all my questions and told me lots of useful information about the island. We liked it so much my family and I are going back this April! Can't wait!

A WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

It is a dream come true to be able to see the sun rise every morning on this beautiful beach which takes less than two minutes from the door. Dennis has made this unit easy to care for and well stocked for a long or short stay. Recent improvements to Admirals Row give a new look to the area. HDTV and WI FI are now available and a new flat screen TV will add to your enjoyment. As owners go, Dennis, is the BEST. His desire is to make your stay wonderful from beginning to end. The new restaurant in the resort has the most awesome pizza and all the staff here are very friendly and anxious to please. Use the information at the resort to find the most wonderful restaurants in the area. There is so much to do for adults and children. Bicycles to rent on premises and an excercise facility for FREE. Tennis is great here all year round. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is a wonderful place to spend a week, 2 weeks or a month or two. YOU will be happy here!!

Hilton Head Island was absolutely beautiful and we had a wondeful time, The Villa was very clean and comfortable, we loved the King bed and having two full baths. It was very nice to see the villa was just as it appeared in the pictures and dennis was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recomend HHBT and Dennis to anyone looking for a fun family vacation with no problems. God Bless and thank you for such a wonderful time. Marcia

Had a great time in the condo and everything was nice and clean. Was a good place to stay for the price and Dennis was great to work with and he was quick to get back with you on questions.

I just wanted to send you a note to inform you that my family had a great time in Hilton Head. The weather was what I expected and the atmosphere around the complex was as well. The unit was exactly like the photo's in your advertisement (sometimes the photo's reflect another unit and not the actual one being rented) and we totally enjoyed it. I was very pleased that I decided to go with a two bedroom over a one bedroom, because the one bedroom unit's seemed too confined. Your unit was very nice and clean. It was easy to keep clean as most of the rooms were either tile or hardwood flooring. If I would suggest anything, I would say you should complete the unit by removing the carpet in the spare room. Once again we had a great time there. We played tennis at least every other day. We golfed about twice a week or so. We rode our bikes almost everyday (amazing having bike paths all over the entire island). I think it rained maybe twice. The weather averaged in the mid to high 60's. When you were out of the wind it felt 15 degrees warmer (noticed I used Fahrenheit). Mike Truckel
