Down stairs provides a media room with fireplace, game room with pool table opening to Gore Creek and real Wood Hot Tub. There are five additional bedrooms with one king room, two with queen beds and two with queen bunk beds. There are three full baths on the lower level as well.

Our family rented this house for family and friends visiting during our son's wedding in September. Upon entering we knew the home was perfect to entertain everyone. The living area was open and large, and also contained all kinds of beautiful touches. We were amazed at the beauty outside on the large deck. The view was of green grass, the Gore Creek, and the beautiful mountains. The deck was full of colorful flowers that added to all the beauty. The master bedroom was large with a glass window the size of one wall. Downstairs were five other bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and the bunk beds were all queen sized. The cleanliness and attention to detail was perfect.

Our extended family just spent a wonderful week in Vail. This house was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, great views, no problems. House is between Vail Village and Lionshead; a few minutes walk in either direction. The bus stop is at the end of the driveway if you are going farther. An outstanding rental experience. Caretaker and agent were very easy to deal with. Absolutely no problems. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Vail.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was GREAT! Great location. Lots of room. Nice decor. There was a slight plumbing issue but the caretaker took care of it and all was well. Will return...

We, being five couples, have spent a great week in this wonderful house. The position is perfect with the bus at the front door, the living, dining, kitchen area is ideal and the master bedroom is very nice. The bedrooms downstairs are adequate although one of the couples has to use the upstairs bathroom. We all loved the house and hope to stay there again.

We (four couples) spent a glorious fall week in 162 W. Meadow Drive. The home is beautiful, full of art/sculptures and personal touches. Plenty of room for everyone to have lots of personal space. And the location....you just can't beat it! Right between the Village and Lionshead, an easy walk to both. You'll love the great deck and hot tub views of the mountains. We loved it!
