Be one of the first to stay in this upscale vacation home situated a short walk from the beach in picturesque Cape Meares. There is a large deck with tinted glass rail for unobstructed views of the ocean and Pyramid Rock.
Cape Meares is a unique and unspoiled Oregon beach opportunity ideal for those beachcombers tired of the crowds and hassle of Seaside and Cannon Beach. Considered the best bird watching beach on the coast, its location is ideal. Cape Meares is the closest one can stay for access to Tillamook Bay and fantastic salmon fishing. There is a freshwater lake stocked with trout in walking distance, and it is only a short drive to Tillamook and all its amenities.
The top floor has a huge great room with vaulted ceilings, large picture windows overlooking the ocean, comfortable sectional with a pillow-top queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and great lighting. The well-equipped kitchen has lots of cabinets, a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered in door ice/water, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, etc. The den sports a queen pillow-top sleeper sofa, wall mount 16:9 LCD cable TV with DVD player, stereo with CD changer and AirTunes®, and wireless internet. There is a full bath with shower.
The lower floor has a huge master bedroom with a queen bed and 27 inch cable TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a twin doubler connection system to easily convert to a king-size bed. There is a TV/VCR combo in the second bedroom with several children's videos. Downstairs also has a full bath and laundry room.

Summer Rates (June 1-Oct 15) .. $175/night .. $1200/week, 1 week minimum.
Off Season .................... $150/night .. $ 900/week, 2 night minimum.
Christmas/New Years & Spring Break at summer rates 1 week minimum.
Cleaning Fee $75 per stay.
Refundable $200 security deposit.

We were so suprised by this beautifully appointed home. So many lights and well planned layout. The knotty pine, brushed nickel, and soft green accented the natural beauty of this coastal retreat. What a sweet and sleepy hamlet. We enjoyed playing scrabble and beach-combing with Mom & Dad. Also ate lots of crab, clams, prawns, scallops and salmon! We'd love to come again to see the banana slugs which have been hibernating.
