Welcome to our three bedroom, two bath villa with lanai overlooking the pool and located just a short walk through the complex to World Class Siesta Key Beach. (no roads to cross!) We have high speed wireless internet services available at no extra charge.
Both bathrooms and master bedroom were completely remodeled in 2006 with granite countertops, vessel bowl sinks, and stone floors.
New kitchen and fresh carpet was installed both within the past two years. You won't be disappointed in this bright and cheerful villa!
There is a 2 week minimum rental from October 1 through May 31. From June 1 through September, there is a one week minimum rental.
