Welcome to our three bedroom, two bath villa with lanai overlooking the pool and located just a short 3 minute walk through the complex to World Class Siesta Key Beach. (no roads to cross!) We have high speed wireless internet services available at no extra charge.
Both bathrooms and master bedroom were completely remodeled in 2006 with granite countertops, vessel bowl sinks, and stone floors.
In the fall of 2009, we completed a total redo of the rest of the condo including granite kitchen counters, Brazilian Hickory hardwood floors throughout, beautiful new crown mouldings and base trims, lighting fixtures, plantation shutters, paint finishes, and much, much more!
You will not find another 3 bedroom beach condo on Siesta Key that is this nice for twice the price!
There is a 2 week minimum rental from October 1 through May 31. From June 1 through September, there is a one week minimum rental. Rates are listed on the bottom of this page.

We are from Middlebury, Indiana and have been coming to Siesta Key Beach for over 30 years. It was always our dream to have a condo on the beach and in 1994 we were finally able to realize that dream! We've vacationed in many areas of Florida, but Siesta Key and Sarasota was always our favorite spot.
When searching for a condo, we felt we needed 3 bedrooms (for our 3 young children) and soon discovered how hard it was to find a 3 bedroom condo in an upscale complex. When our villa came on the market, we quickly made an offer and were able to secure it.
We love the bright and spacious interior and insisted on being on the "beach side" of Midnight Pass Road so we and our children would not have a busy street to cross in order to get to the beach. I'm a car person and having a private enclosed garage so that we could keep our car out of the hot sun and salt, was an added bonus.
Many happy family memories have been created here over the years and our wish for you is to be able to create ones for you and your family.

Villa is even better than described- just as pictures show. Nicely decorated & kitchen larger than appears; has plenty of dishes etc to make family dinners. Love the two twin room set up- works great for teens & rooms are large for all their clothes. Closets are large with plenty of storage. It is a second floor unit so the only way in is up the steps. Lanai overlooking pool is peaceful- it is the quieter pool. Laundry takes quarters & is steps away as described. Owner very willing to answer questions prior to stay & accommodating to help our dates. Garage parking- a little tight for a large car- but safe. Kids brought their old Game Cube & hooked it up for late afternoon down time. Master bedroom also has a tv. Publix grocery store 5 mins away - just over bridge. Don't forget ice- no ice maker or trays. Def. hope to stay here again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
