This Mediterranean-style villa is on a corner lot with a view of fountains and shooting waters at the Marina Hills private olympic pool and tennis courts, where you can bask in the sun or relax in the Jacuzzi. We are located right in the center between Laguna Beach and Dana Point, only minutes of a drive away, where you can enjoy great restaurants and shopping. Also close by are two world famous 5-star hotels(St. Regis & Ritz Carlton). We are within walking distance to many popular food outlets, from McDonald's to Subway and Starbucks. Albertson's Market for shopping and a drug store are all conveniently located. We have easy access and parking at our home, with plenty of space, privacy, and a beautiful green belt that is hard to find at many rentals. Inside we have a TV in every room with cable and computer hook-ups. We have more pictures upon request. This is a very beautiful home with many extras, as many repeat renters will agree.

We arrived late to find our host Victor waiting in his wonderfully welcoming home. Decorated for the holiday season with a refrigerator stocked with essentials for our family of four, his friendly greeting was welcome after our LAX arrival and hour of freeway travel. The home was all that was described and more in a beautiful location, 10 minutes from beaches and the rec center pool a stones throw away was warm and beautifully maintained. The master suite with balcony was a great place to catch the warm winter sun. All in all a great experience for the whole family, one that we would hope to someday repeat.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

WE ARE FAMILY OF FIVE AND WE STAYED AT GERRY AND VICTOR'S PLACE IN LAGUNA BEACH FOR EIGHT DAYS IN MID TO LATE MARCH. IT IS A VERY NICE PROPERTY AND A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. WHAT MAKES IT EVEN BETTER IS HOSPITALITY BY THE OWNER. OUR ARRIVAL WAS DELAYED PAST MIDNIGHT BUT VICTOR WAS GRACIOUS TO WALK US THROUGH THE PROPERTY. THEY EVEN CALLED A DAY EARLIER AND GOT SOME ESSENTIAL GROCERY FOR US. EVEN DURING THE STAY HE WAS JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time utilizing the property to meet up with adult children. The rental provided an excellent meeting place for us all. We were greeted with cheese, crackers, wine and everything in the rental being exactly as advertised. High speed wireless internet was a luxury for all. Photos were precisely as listed. Perfectly clean establishment. Definitely recommend both the property and the owners to family and friends. Fenced in yard was excellent for toddler with us. Even in November we spent much of the time outside enjoying the backyard.

My family and I just got back from staying in this rental and had a wonderful time. The location was ideal for our needs. The pool and park were close and fun for us all. We have 4 children ranging from 0 to 7 and the 6 of us were very comfortable in this home. It was nice to have a home away from home. The Owners were helpful and friendly. They accommodated our late arrival and made us feel comfortable in their home from the start. The Owners made renting their property a pleasant experience.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

The owners of this vacation rental quickly responded to my initial information request helping me decide to rent their home. They stayed in contact with me during the weeks leading up to our visit and even asked about any special family needs or preferences. Greeted us upon arrival and took plenty of time showing us their house, amenities, and community pool/tennis facilities. The house was very comfortable for my family of six (4 kids aging 9-17.) Plenty of space for both personal and family time. Board games, tennis equipment etc was provided and used. The location was perfect for our family activities, and was walking distance to shopping, starbucks, etc. The house was exactly what we were looking.
