This spacious home has over 3100 heated square feet, easily accommodating 16 people comfortably. Wireless Internet Access throughout the house, unlimited local and long distance calling within the United States and Canada.
This new home has a private pool that is professionally maintained. Covered decks on first and second floors with oceanviews, exterior hot/cold shower, paved and covered parking with a total of six parking, professionally landscaped grounds.

Have stayed at Sun-s-up for the last 3 years and will be back next year. The pictures don't do it justice. Spacious rooms and plenty of room for eating. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice vacation. Just a short walk to the beach but we spend most of our time at the pool. Spacious back porch overlooking the pool. Gate on porch to protect small child, high chair in dining room for eating. Great home.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I've rented many beach houses ever since I was a kid. This is the first house that I've rented that, once getting in the house and looking around, I said "the pictures online(in the book) don't begin to describe how beautiful it is!". The rooms were all so spacious, everything in the house was very high quality. I will absolutely go back to this house for years!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
