This first floor unit in Bermuda Bay II community in gated and beautifully landscaped Bay Forest has private entrance. Built in 2001 unit is fully furnished with queen beds in each of two bedrooms and a pullout sleeper sofa in the den. Unit is 1598 square feet with four adult maximum occupancy.
The screened lanai in the back of the unit overlooks well maintained and landscaped private view. Partial view of Audubon Lake. Also to the rear of the unit is the 2 mile walking and biking path connecting to boardwalk through mangroves leading to gazebo on the back bay. The living room has a 42 inch plasma TV with cable service and internet included. There is also an LCD TV in the master bedroom. Internet service available for guest laptop computer.
Only five minute drive to Wiggins Pass State Park, Vanderbilt Beach and Bonita Beach. Enjoy great restaurants, shopping, and art galleries in historic Old Naples which is a 15 minute drive away.

Why the Owner Chose Bay Forest
We love the beach and it is close to four of them. Don't have to drive through a lot of traffic to get to the beaches. Bay Forest is also one of the most beautifully landscaped communities in the Naples/Bonita area. Not far from downtown Naples and all the great restaurants and shops. Sanibel, Captiva, and Marco Islands are all within a reasonably short drive.

Property is very comfortable. Very nice walking out back door to great path that cicles the entire property. Great for walking and biking. Condo is nicely decorated, beds are comfortable. Spacious family area. Large flat screen TV and Internet included. Community pool and pool area nice. Pool is heated. Hot tub was great. Owners are very nice and open to any requests or questions. I would definitely recommend to friends.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.
