Why the Owner Chose Passage Point
Our family loves the skiing and the mountains. So Colorado is naturally a perfect place to live for us. We love Copper Mountain because there is so much to do in the winter and summer. Our two girls loving hiking, horseback riding, swimming, skiing and just being in the being in the magnificent Rocky Mountains. Copper is beautiful and a great base for all of the winter and summer high alpine activities. Owning our condo has been a great way to enjoy Copper and renting it through VRBO has enabled us to experience a beautiful condo and others to have an affordable mountain experience. We manage, maintain, and clean our condo so we take huge pride in keeping it in top condition for every guest.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
In the winter the skiing is just steps away. Copper is huge and uncrowded, offering challenges for 1st time skiers up to top professionals. At the end of the ski day, our condo is cozy and comfortable with a huge relaxing sofa, a fireplace and a nice king size bed. The three giant hot tubs are the best on the mountain. The heated underground parking is exclusive to our building and guests.
In the summer, hiking, horsesback riding, 18 hole golf course, bicycling, swimming, concerts, go carts, and now year round Woodward ski, skate, bike training. All this within steps of our unit.

We are a small family, with two elementary school aged kids. We've lived in Colorado for 7 yrs, but having grown up in the midwest and Utah we love the outdoors.

We loved the condo we rented for our short ski vacation. Everything was clean and comfortable in the condo and property at large. We were just a short walking distance from the slopes and the hot tubs were relaxing after a long day of skiing. Couldn't have been happier!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

This is a really nice condo for a great price. The location is great, the hot tubs are the best and the price is super for this great unit. My family loved it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at Jeff and Karen's condo over Thanksgiving. The unit is in excellent condition. The unit is extremely clean, bright and open. The location is fantastic and is right in the village of Copper. We loved our stay and will be back!

This is a one bedroom condo that is a home away from home. This unit is clean, comfortable and roomy for 2 adults. It has all the amenities that you have at your home. The owners are very nice and accommodating. I rented during the summer and I will be back again.
