  The condo was beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view of the cove from the lanai off the living area. Pool was warm and inviting and weather nice. We rented a boat and had access right by the condo so we were free to come and go. This was a memorable trip for sure!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  we had a great week at the condo. only one problem: 1 week is not enough. hopefully next time we can stay longer. maybe a month! the condo had everything we needed. the beds were very comfortable. had great views of the water and wild life. enjoyed watching the dolphins and fish jumping. had one rainy day and it was nice just staying inside. the property owner was very accomodating and friendly.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  The accomodations exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very comfortable. Decor was perfect. Even had fishing poles to use. Pam, the owner, was very friendly, flexible, easy to communicate with. The view over the water was great. Wonderful sunsets. I could go on and on. We loved it. Easy access to the bay, lots of wildlife to see. Dolphin were seen right off the dock. I guess I am going on an on. All kitchen accessories were provided, too. Loved it.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The condo was excellent! The location and property were very beautiful. If you are looking for a quite relaxing time. this is the place. The property owner was very accomodating.

  We had a great long weekend. The condo was beautiful and the owner was very helpful and very kind. We love the fact that it was in a small cove of homes and right next to the pool, boat ramp,dock, and plenty of places to eat.Most of all it was very very close to Boca Grande Pass. We will def. be back again!!!!

  Just a note to thank you for the use of your condo. We particularly liked the laid back atmophere of the area. We found the condo well supplied and the beds very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to have our daughter and family with us for a week. The pool was a real plus for her two boys. They also enjoyed watching the pelicans and osprey diving for fish.

  We have had a wonderful time here at your condo. With all the windows in the living room, we had a great view of the cove, alive with pelicans and other birds, and a couple of dolphins.
