Well appointed townhome located off Placida road and overlooking Oyster Creek and Lemon Bay. Park your car in your private garage and use your OWN Personal ELEVATOR to carry your luggage and groceries to the second floor. The unit is very clean,well-equipped and fully furnished with all modern conveniences. It has been professionally decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings,which compliments the tropical Florida setting.
The large master suite has a very comfortable king size bed, two walk in closets and a private balcony overlooking the water, the glass doors give a wide open view. The spacious master bath has his and hers sinks and a large walk in shower. The additional bedrooms and baths are also tastefully decorated. There are waterviews from every room!
Adjacent to the cozy living area is a screened lanai with a marina and pool view. The kitchen is well-equipped and is separated from the dining area with an eat in bar. There is a porch off of the garage which is perfect for a cook out or just to sit and talk to friends or your neighbors. Kick back and relax by the pool or on your balcony and watch and listen to the tropical birds and the many palm trees swaying in the breeze. For the more active visitors, there are plenty of fun things to do to fill your day.
Attention Boaters and Fishermen!!! Exceptional fishing. Direct access to the ICW and Gulf of Mexico. Launch your boat at the public boat ramp just 1/2 mile north or visit Stump Pass Marina (a full service marina) just 2 miles south. Dock your boat just steps from your townhome (1st come). The dock has a fish cleaning table, water and electricity. You will be able to see your boat from your balcony. You will have access to some of the best inshore and offshore fishing available.
Fish for snook, redfish, trout, pompano and many other species just minutes from your back door. For great tarpon fishing you can visit World Famous Boca Grande Pass just 9 miles south. You will be within walking distance to fine restaurants and Cedar Park. Also, just minutes away you have golfing, shopping, nature trails, bike path, boat and jet ski rentals, and, of course, beautiful Manasota Key Beach where you can go for long walks, swim in the warm Gulf waters, look for seashells, or just bathe in the Florida sunshine or watch romantic sunsets to the sound of waves breaking on the beach.

- Lanai: Is off of the living room area and is screened. There is a 3 person swing on one end and a bistro table and 2 charis on the other. The swing is great for relaxing with a good book or taking a nap after a fun day at the beach. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee.

WE LOVE ENGLEWOOD! Our family had been vacationing in Englewood for 28Y and were never disappointed. We love everything about it. The people, fishing, beautiful ocean and bays, birds and all the other wildlife. The town is so laid back. Anything you could want or need is within walking distance ,you could ride your bike or take a short drive. We are just minutes from the ICW and Manasota Beach. It has been a dream of ours to have a vacation home here. We have really been enjoying it. We would love to share our home with others that feel the same way.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse Condominium
Close to everything!. Large sidewalks for walking and bike riding. Cedar point park is right down the street where you can go hiking, bird watching and rangers give lessons on wildlife and waterlife in the area. Eagles and their young are seen daily. Across the street is a bike/walking path that stretches for miles through the woods and across canals. We love going to the Stump Pass Grill at Stump Pass Marina, just 2min south of us. Great food, great views and atmosphere. You can also see and feed the snook. That is alway a fun time. All types of restaurants are close by. We have a boat ramp just north of us for easy access to boating. We spend a lot of our time on the water fishing. We go south to Placida and Boca Grande, it could take about 30min but is a beautiful cruise through the ICW. We drive to Boca as well to go shell hunting, that is alway fun and good excercise. We cruise north to Venice which is also a nice day on the water. We enjoy just relaxing in our swing on our Lanai and enjoy the tropical breezes and watch all the birds fly over. At night we enjoy sitting on our 3rd floor patio and watch for falling stars. It is really beautiful on a full moon. It is a perfect place to have a good time or just relax and enjoy the beautiful florida weather.

Hi! My name is Steve my wife of 30years is Sheila. I was a Lt. with the Seminole County FireDept for 30Y, I Retired in April 2009. My wife retired from Bellsouth in 1998 with 30y of svc. We live on a lake in Maitland ,Fla in the house that we designed and built ourselves. We love being with our family, fishing, visiting the Keys during lobster season, anything that has to do with being outdoors and on the water. Englewood has alway been our favorite place to vacation. It has everything we are looking for.

Just wanted to tell you what a great condo you have and how much we enjoyed it. Our time went by to quickly. We hope to return someday. The place was clean and neat. The only thing my wife could have used was a pair of tongs in the kitchen for picking up hot items. As we put in our note in the message book be careful who you rentto, the condo is way too nice to have someone damage it. Thanks again for the use of it.
