We're just home after a week at this townhouse and miss it already. It was clean and just as pictured. Quiet and relaxing surroundings with just a short walk to the beach for sun, sand, and lots of shells. Thanks for having us! We loved our week in Florida and miss all the great places to get great seafood and oysters.

Loved the townhouse! The location was great...short walk to beach. Everything was just the way it was described in the listing. Clean and well maintained. The townhouse was stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time on and off the beach. We enjoyed our stay and even considered staying longer. Thanks for everything!

We loved the townhouse! It was close to the beach and pier and after the 4th of July crowds left, wasn't crowded at all. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5! Our 3 small children loved playing with the box of toys the owner had there. The house looked just like in the pictures! It was very clean and very nice! This was our first trip to Mexico Beach, but it won't be our last! Thank you for such a great place to stay!

After renting in Mexico Beach for over 8 years through every rental company there, I can honestly say this is the cleanest and best kept townhouse in the area! It was also well stocked and had so many little extras. Thank you Cori for sharing your townhome - we really enjoyed our stay!

This townhouse was great!! Everything you will need is there. There was even a toybox full of toys for my grandson to play with. We had a great hassle free vacation. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this townhouse!

What a beautiful townhome. Very close to pier and beach. Fishing, swimming, tanning all at your fingertips. 2 stores within 25 yards. Mango s and Ruby Rumrunners walking distance. The best vacation I have had in a long time. So peaceful. I will definitely rent again if they will have me. I will not rent anywhere else. Thanks for the wonderful spring break I needed.

Christmas in Paradise

We had a lovely stay at the Yeager townhome. We were standing on the beach Christmas morning and dolphins swam in and played right in front of us! The townhouse has all the supplies one might need. Very easy to work with. We've stayed there twice now, each time everything was wonderful. The Wilkens North Carolina

This townhome was beautiful. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach and the local seafood market was excellent, It had everything we needed and then some. The back porch was nice private retreat in the evening. Thank you so much for keeping such an immaculate townhome!

This house was absolutely amazing. I stayed for three nights with my best friend and all of our children and we all had so much fun! It was wonderful being so close to the beach and having a kitchen, washer and dryer available was invaluable. It's very clean and wonderfully maintained. Al and Cori, We would like you both to know that we really enjoyed our stay at your Mexico Beach townhouse (Oct 8-13). Our stay was very relaxing and quiet, which is what we both needed. The seafood was fantastic and we highly recommend The Shell Shack across the street for fresh shrimp and fish. Dear Al and Cori Yager, I want to thank you both for opening your lovely condominium up to Michael Lioy and I last week in Mexico Beach. We had a wonderful time fishing and visiting and your place was relaxing and comfortable. You have done an excellent job re-modeling I am guessing relatively recently. I was impressed with the workmanship and the quality of the construction. I especially liked your back patio area off of the master bedroom. It was cool under the roof and the plant screen that separated the outdoor open area from the under-the-roof area is a nice touch. The brand new grill was also much appreciated and we used it almost every evening to prepare our days catch and dinner. Dear Cori & Al, We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful townhouse in Mexico Beach. It was perfect for us ... very clean and very well-equipped. We couldn't have asked for more. It was wonderful to have the beach and pier so close. We enjoyed watching the folks fishing and we got some great sunset pictures there, along with a few sunrise shots. We also enjoyed hiking at St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park and checking out the artwork at the "Taste of the Coast" festival in Pt. My family and I spent a week in this townhouse and couldn't have been more satisfied. Beyond being spotlessly clean and nicely well equipped for our every need, it is close to the pier and beach.
