Our Casa is of the highest level of quality. From the entire unit being covered with solid marble floors, the granite slab tops in the kitchen wet bar, grill area and in all the baths, the top quality bath fixtures and fully tiled walls, the kitchen with all custom commercial grade stainless steel appliances including a 48" Viking Range and 48" sub zero type refrigerator, and true top quality European cabinets. We have equipped our home with all new top-quality furnishings for you to enjoy.
We have 4 "in your face beachfront" master suites. We have custom walk-in California type closets throughout. Our home gives you that true indoor out door feel you want and the space to enjoy it!
The wall of windows along every wall of the great room opens up fully to bring the every bit of the beach, pool, and courtyard into our home as a grand living space in this tropical resort. You will love sitting and viewing or lounging in our own private vanishing edge pool that overlooks the beach. There is nothing like it elsewhere!
Words and pictures cannot describe our home. We have been in the vacation resort rental business for many years and own a number of premium properties on the ocean and in ski resorts. This home is our master piece that replaces our 4 BR/4 BA Villa in the same resort which also replaced one of the finest place on the earth our former condominium in Princeville, Kauai, Hawaii, Our new Casa at Punta Esmeralda "blows almost anyplace you can find place away"!
The 4 master suites all have walls of windows that open the corners of these rooms to their private bedroom terraces and the beach! Our patio doors in the great room are nine-feet tall to let in all the light and views you expect to see. The patio doors in the rest of the home are 8' tall. Note; a typical patio door is only 6' 8" tall. The palms and landscaping with flowers give you the real feel of paradise as you enjoy the beachfront views. Even at night you can look across the bay to see Puerto Vallarta's city lights and fireworks while you enjoy the total privacy and seclusion.
This is no high rise! Our Casa is very private single family home right on the beach, yet in a secured gated community with eight large common pools, one Olympic-sized. Twenty-four-hour security for your safety and peace of mind. We have a private restaurant with wireless internet next to a wonderful pool with palms in it! The Resort has a full service SPA with staff to suite your needs, a gym with the finest of equipment to use. Also two great tennis courts.
You will not go wrong, we have always rented our own properties and have always brought back many repeat guests over and over again.
