This fully furnished 3rd floor unit is located on the beach at The Summit, 8743 Thomas Drive with a beautiful view of the Gulf and pools from your balcony.
There is a king-size bed in the bedroom, built-in bunks in the hall, and a new queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, and a washer/dryer. TV/DVD/VCR's and private phone line in both bedroom and living room, also a Sony PlayStation2 for the kids.
The complex features two swimming pools (one heated), two baby pools, game room, ATM, as well as a seasonal convenience store, tiki hut bar, and a restaurant on site. An internet cafe and ice cream shop have been recently added.

Very clean condo, fully stocked, comfortable bed, great view. Will easily sleep six, I would highly recommend this condo to anybody. The owners were really active in making sure our stay was pleasurable. I will stay in this condo again
