This is an unusual value for the Kihei area. It offers several advantages - newer than most other condos, larger units, lovely grounds, two pools one with a small waterfall, fabulous beach across the street, low rise. Maui Kamaole is walking distance to Wailea, which offers fabulous beaches for swimming and snorkeling. Or take your family acrosss the street to Kamaole Beach Park III. It offers a huge grassy lawn (perhaps a game of frisbee?), large shade trees, and a golden sand beach.
The Kihei area is a central location for water sports activities, and quick access to the North Shore, or the West side.
