Atlantic Beach is located on Bogue Banks, a barrier island bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Bogue Sound. It is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, many activities, sites of interests and friendly residents.
This is a comfortable, well-equipped condominium located at SeaSpray, a 180-unit complex in Atlantic Beach. There is a large community outdoor pool and laundry facilities close by. This is a direct oceanfront, second floor (walk up) corner unit with wonderful views. From the living room, master bedroom, and balcony, you enjoy a panoramic vista of the beach and ocean.
The condo has two CableTVs (one in living room, one in master bedroom), and there is a dvd player in the living room.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. PLEASE NOTE: Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are provided for weekly rentals only. Rentals of less than one week must bring their own linens or make arrangements with the management company to provide a linen package (at additional charge).
There is parking available for two cars. These are unassigned spaces. Parking permits will be provided when you pick up your keys to the condo.
SeaSpray's pool is open from May through September (depending on the weather).
