We had a great stay here at the beginning of May 2007. The apartment is well outfitted should you wish to cook your meals - although we didn't as were too busy sighseeing! It was a very easy walk to the Vatican (about 15 minutes) and the subway was even closer. There was a bus stop nearby as well. The Landolfi's were very gracious hosts and invited us to use their computer to send a few e-mails when we could not get our computer to work (we didn't have wifi access). They also made arrangements for van service to the airport for us as out flight was before the Metro was running on Saturday morning. We had five people staying there and were not as cramped as we feared we would be as the living room/kitchen was quite large.

We loved our stay in Rome and in Residenza Reginella. The apartment was wonderful to come home to after a long day of touring. The kitchen was wall equipped and stocked. All the beds including the pullout sofa were very comfortable. We found the location to be EXCELLENT! There were buses, streetcars and the metro close by but we were able to walk to almost everything. The vatican was only a 15 minute walk! We are so grateful to our hosts for arranging for a van to take us to the airport, there were four of us with tons of luggage! If we ever come come to Rome we would happily book there again! Thanks-again to our hosts Sincerely, Giselle S. Toronto, Canada

Four of us (adults) stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing visit to Italy. With the exception of a few lunches and one dinner out we did all our own cooking. Being able to grocery shop and have a leisurely evening home after a long day of sightseeing was great. The apartment met all our needs and our hosts were very accommodating. It was nice to come home hot and tired and have an elevator and an air conditioned apartment waiting for us. Many nights we went for evening walks and felt absolutely safe. What a pleasure it was to be able to visit Rome and feel like you were a part of the neighborhood. Our hosts were most gracious and if ever again we were able to visit Rome I will be calling them again.

Thank you Stefano and Maria. It was a pleasure to stay at Residenza Reginella. The apt was very clean and our hosts went out of thier way to make our week stay everything we thought it would be and more. The apt is located within walking distance of the Vatican. and close to the transit systems to get you to all the attractions of Rome. The smell coming from the bakery downstairs in the morning is enough to get you up and going for the day. The neighborhood has everything you need and chances are you will not go hungry as the local restaurants are great places to eat. We will be back and again thank you to Stefano and Maria. You are wonderful hosts

The listing for Residenza Reinella describes it perfectly. The rooms are slightly smaller in reality than the photos would indicate, but quite ample and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked with utensils, the location is pleasant - not too noisy but close to various forms of transportation and shopping. The owners are very accomodating and helpful, but not intrusive. When we return to Rome, we would certainly be hoping to stay here again, it is an excellent place for people who want to travel comfortably but within a budget.

Anna Maria and her daughter(Claudia?) were a great help and very accommodating. We stayed for 10 nights, end of April until first week in May. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The living area was quite large, the bathroom perfect and the bedroom more than adequate. The location was exactly what we were looking for, not in the center of Rome but close enough to walk to the Metro or Vatican. The deli(bar) downstairs was perfect for a quick snack and the supermarket was only a couple of blocks down the street for something more substantial. We would recommend staying here for a day, a week or a month.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean; the decoration was not really to our taste, but looked as if it had been done fairly recently. It is advertised for 2-5 people: - it was in fact perfect for 2; manageable for a couple with a child, but more than that would have been very cramped. It was not air conditioned, which was fine for October, but would be very difficult in warmer months, as it is essential to close the bedroom windows at night to exclude traffic noise; (not bad for a big city, but not quiet). The bedroom is smaller than it looks in the photo, but perfectly adequate; comfortable bed. Good shower. Kitchen utensils a bit sparse- no kettle! Area was fine- a good deli round the corner and a market 20 mins. walk. Metro 5/10 mins. walk. Transport (bus, tram or metro) needed to reach the centre, but this is plentiful and cheap. Fairly close to the Vatican. No problem with collecting or returning keys. I would recommend this apartment as good value if you don't want to be right in the centre and are not visiting in the summer months.
Owner response:But in the apartment there is the air conditioned!

We stayed one week in this apartment. the location was excellent . It was very clean. Stephano and Anna Maria were helpful before we arrived and in getting us set up. I would have no reservation recommending this apartment and would stay there again when we return to Rome.

We stayed for one week at the apartment of Stefano and Anna Maria. They were most helpful with arranging taxis, restaurant suggestions, etc. The apartment is lovely, well furnished, very clean, comfortable bed, good seating areas and a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, about a 25 minute walk to Piazza Navona. Metro is 5 minutes away. We appreciated having the kitchen and dining room for our occasional "eating in" nights. Nothing but good things to say about this apartment and it's owners.
