Less than 5 minutes to the metro station Ottaviano/S.Pietro, "Residenza Reginella" is located in central area Prati, near the Vatican State, in an elegant build of the beginning of XX century.

Prati is characterized by it's beautiful and elegance squares and streets. It’s within walking distance from St. Peter’s and the Vatican Museum and well linked with all the main tourist attractions, shopping areas, archeological sites of the City.

The apartment was conceived to combine the comforts offered by a hotel with the typical privacy of a flat.

It’s consist of a bright nice entry hall, a large finely furnished living room whit kitchenette, a double bedroom with balcony, and a bathroom.

The flat can host up to five people: two in the bedroom, and three in the living room, which includes a double sofa-bed and a chair-bed.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, four-ring cooker, electrical oven, cooking utensils, draining rack, shelves, pans and cutlery.

The bedroom is elegantly furnished and boasts a tapestry belonging to the owner's family.

The large bathroom includes shower, hair dryer, universal shaver sockets, and towels.

The flat also includes air conditioning, central heating, broadband Internet connection and satellite TV.

    • We stayed one week in this apartment. the location was excellent . It was very clean. Stephano and Anna Maria were helpful before we arrived and in getting us set up. I would have no reservation recommending this apartment and would stay there again when we return to Rome.

    • We stayed for one week at the apartment of Stefano and Anna Maria. They were most helpful with arranging taxis, restaurant suggestions, etc. The apartment is lovely, well furnished, very clean, comfortable bed, good seating areas and a great location, about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, about a 25 minute walk to Piazza Navona. Metro is 5 minutes away. We appreciated having the kitchen and dining room for our occasional "eating in" nights. Nothing but good things to say about this apartment and it's owners.

    • I have to admit that when a place overseas is reserved unseen, not booked through the conventional channels, there can be unease about what one will get. But then there is the other side of this uncertain state: showing up and going wow! It was already a great location, but the stateliness, comfort and completeness of the suite was well beyond my expectations. Rome was a crown jewel on our European vacation in many regards because of our stay at Reginella. I would also like to express my appreciation to Stefano for being so easy to deal with and accommodating our late arrival and sometimes excessive emails. THANK YOU! Highly recommended!

    • We were satisfied in every way by the apartment. It was clean, well-equipped and very well located. The only quibble was the speed of the Internet connection, but it did work, albeit slowly. This should not deter anyone from staying here.

    • This apartment is located close to a metro station and vatican city. apartment was well furnished and spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. owner lives next door and was very helpful. I would strongly recommend this apartment to others who are visiting Rome.

    • Wonderful experience. Close to Metro, Vatican and grocery store. Great restaurants close by. Apartment as pictured on Web-site, very clean and well equiped to cook.Love the lift to the apartment. Very safe area and secure building. Would highly recommend this property.

    • Our family of 3 stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. It is conveniently located from the metro and bus stops. Shops/convenience stores/ATM's are located within a few blocks. The apt. is more spacious than it looks. They have a PC that is easy to access. The clothes washer is a big plus for us too.

    • We just spent 2 nights (Sept.2008) here and loved it. It's a great location very close to the subway and also the Vatican. This was much better then we had expected and much much cheaper then any hotels within the area. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to save some money. Better then a 4 star hotel.

    • I have stayed in this apartment three times (September 2007, 2006, and in August 2005). I have also booked this apartment for November 2008. It is a GREAT apartment and it is the only apartment I would stay in while in Rome. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. It is nicely decorated and appointed, very clean, and spacious given its size. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro stop and many buses stop at the metro location, too. It is a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. There is a nice little market around the corner from the apartment. A great gelateria is a block down from the metro stop. The only problem that I can see is that lots of people are going to start staying here which will make it harder to book! A really great place to stay. A+. Mark Leslie, Montgomery, AL, USA
