This beautiful home was built in 2004 and is one of few 4 bedrooms houses in Ocean Lakes. It is perfect for larger families or two smaller families.
The kitchen is newly painted and comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Cooking utensils are also included. There is also a charcoal grill located at the parking level for cooking out. Also located on the parking level is a private shower with hot and cold water.
The house has two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second. One bedroom has a queen matress and the other a bunk bed. Each bunk bed has a double mattress on bottom. All bedrooms have televisions. There is also a large screened in porch on the second floor with furniture and a television.
There are also 2 full baths on the first floor and 1 shared full bath on the second.
Please note that towels and bed linens are not provided.
A $300 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 14 days after checkout, provided there is no property damage, and the house is left cleaned. A cleaning service can be provided for $200.00 if you so desire.
Payment in full must be received 60 days in advance of the check in date. Notification of cancellation must be received within 30 days of the check in date and is subject to a 20% penalty of the total amount due.
Rental dates are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Renters must be 25 year old and provide proper ID before check in.
