This beautiful home was built in 2004. The kitchen is fully-equipped, cooking utensils provided, or use the gas grill located at the parking level. Also located on the parking level is a private shower with hot and cold water.
The house has a large screened in porch with a TV and futon. The house will accommodate families, couples, and golfers (close to many golf course). Towels and bed linens are not provided.
A $300 security deposit is required and will be refunded after a 14 day checkout, provided no damage to the property,and house is left cleaned.Cleaning can be provided for $200.00.
Payment for rent must be received 60 days in advance of the date of check in. Notification of cancellation must be received within 30 days of check in and is subject to a 5% penalty of the total amount due.
Rental dates are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Must be 25 year old and provide proper ID before check in.
