LUXX....best kept secret in Santa Fe. Walk in a minute to the plaza! Your room is so modern and calming and warm. The spirit is old Santa Fe perfectly blended with the desire for modern tranquility. Please, look no further. This is your home here.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Just got back yesterday and disappointed that I didn't get this discount!! Stayed 5 night and paid over $1,000. Stayed in nicer places for less. Thin walls, I could actually hear the neighbors blow their noses. The airconditioning unit was loud and couldn't open most of the windows because they were painted shut. The ones that we could open, the screens were almost hanging off the hinges, so we were nervous about leaving the windows open so little critters wouldn't get in. The patio was dirty, but didn't go out there cause the neighbors dog practically jumped through the fence the few times we went out. The positives were the king size bed, jetted bath tub, and the location to downtown.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

We enjoyed our stay at Casita Bonita and it looks as though they have re-written the property description since we stayed. The biggest problem we found was in the old description it led us to believe the private patio and outdoor hot tub were in the same location. When we arrived we found out the outdoor hot tub is shared among 5-6 casitas which was a big let down for us. The description now does a better job separating the two although it is still a bit unclear and misleading in the video. As we were getting married a lot of our family stayed in Santa Fe so I was able to see other properties, while this one was good I will probably stay elsewhere in the future.Did you find this review helpful? My wife and I, and our 2 dogs made a long weekend trip to Santa Fe in late July. I had been there and grew up there but had not been back for nearly 12 years. I was pleasantly suprised with the casita and furthermore the location of it in relation to where all the action is. We are walking distance to everything, from Whole Foods, The Railyard and Farmers Market, the State Capitol, The Plaza (where there are hundreds of traditional shops/restaurants) and much more. The casita was very well decorated and very comfortable for us and our dogs. The fenced back patio area was nice to have so the dogs could go in and out. Although we ate out daily the kitchen is well equipped and could allow for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable which is a must for us. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay and the property managers were very nice and helpful thru the process. We hope to come back again later this year and will definitely stay here or in one of their other great casitas nearby. Thanks Heidi and Gordy! At current discount this casita is a bargain. A moderate (ten-minute) walk to the plaza and tourist sites. Off-street parking, free Internet, very comfortable bed, large well-equipped kitchen, and small private patio. We had a great stay at this casita over Labor Day. It is very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen includes a toaster oven, microwave, and a "real" oven which we used to bake some pizza from Trader Joe's. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was in terms of plates and utensils etc. I needn't have bought the corkscrew when we picked up a bottle at T. Joe's.
