Fine cotton sheets, quality towels, plush pillows and duvets provide a luxurious experience.

Kitchen comes with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, etc. Private off-street parking. Outdoor hot tub. This casita is located just 1.5 blocks from Hotel Santa Fe. (No Car Needed)

Eco-Luxury: We use environmentally safe cleaning products, recycled paper (paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex) and remodeled this unit using "Energy Star" efficient appliances and non-toxic Bio-Shield stain for the wood floors, natural plaster and a variety of "Earth Friendly" building materials throughout including stone & travertine.

Policies: 1. Deposits: 50% at booking. 50% 45 days before arrival - holidays/events 90 days. (100% payment with reduced rate.) 2. Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am. Late check-out = 1/2 day rental. 3. Your Confirmation, Key Code & Directions are attached to your email "Reservation Confirmation" upon booking. 4. No smoking inside unit. Violation fees up to $500. 5. New Mexico is a drought state. Please Save Water. 6. Recycle: Use bins outside or separate in bags. 7. Cancellation: No refunds within 45 or 90 (holiday/event) days before arrival. (Unless re-rented) Fee 25%. 8. Pets: Dogs allowed in 'Pet Friendly' units $15/nt. Please clean up inside & outside. 9. We are not liable for personal injuries or illnesses on property. 10.   • At current discount this casita is a bargain. A moderate (ten-minute) walk to the plaza and tourist sites. Off-street parking, free Internet, very comfortable bed, large well-equipped kitchen, and small private patio. We like the up-and-coming railyard neighborhood and especially proximity to farmers market and Whole Foods. We'll be back.

  • We had a great stay at this casita over Labor Day. It is very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen includes a toaster oven, microwave, and a "real" oven which we used to bake some pizza from Trader Joe's. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was in terms of plates and utensils etc. I needn't have bought the corkscrew when we picked up a bottle at T. Joe's. The casita is quiet at night, and I rarely sleep as well in a hotel.
