Beautiful oceanfront condo in Litchfield By the Sea! recently renovated and re-modeled! Upper level has full kitchen, dining room, living room (with large cable TV), 1/2 bath, and a utility room with washer/dryer. The deck has a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean---direct oceanfront! Lower level has a Master bedroom with a King bed, cable TV, and very large bathroom that includes a jetted tub. There are also 2 additional bedrooms, each having 2 twin beds and a full bath. Each bedroom has a cable television.
There are two covered parking spaces, and additional parking outside. A large, beautiful pool with hot-tub is adjacent to the condo.
Litchfield By the Sea is a beautiful, private, gated, vacation community in Pawleys Island, SC, approximately 15-20 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. Murrels Inlet, with its many great seafood restaurants, is only 5 minutes away. Historic Georgetown, SC is approximately 15 minutes south of Pawleys Island, and is worth a half-day visit. Brookgreen Gardens (a beautiful sculpture garden) and Huntington State Park are 5 minutes away. Dozens of restaurants and fine golf courses are within 10 minutes.

A Wonderful Week

We stayed for a week in July and it was perfect! My 15 year old daughter loved the pool, my 9 year old loved the ocean, my husband loved the golf, I loved the restaurants and my 80 year old mother in law loved everything! Having 3 and one half baths was fabulous, the balcony view was gorgeous, elevators were always available, carts to help with luggage, pool large enough for all guests and LBTS is close to everything. We at dinner in Murrels Inlet, shopped at Pawleys, got groceries at the Piggy Wiggly and went to Water Park and Boardwalk Shoppes in Myrtle Beach. The grounds are well maintained and security staff very accommodating. We would definitely stay in this unit again! The only drawback is there are no shark's teeth and few shells at Litchfield - a small tradeoff for all the other positives!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We just got back from a week in this condo. It is wonderful! Very spacious! The view is as oceanfront as one could get! Very private and quiet! The master bedroom is beyond huge! Extremely comfortable and well-equiped.

Hi Joan. Our family enjoyed our stay at your perfectly located, spacious unit at Litchfield by the Sea. It is great to be able to sit on the balcony and even inside and see and hear the ocean! The downstairs sleeping area was perfect and we loved the privacy of separate baths for everyone! Thank you so much.

My sister's and I stayed in this unit for a long fall week-end. What a beautiful unit with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The unit was clean and furnished beautifully. We enjoyed being able to all sit down at the large dining table. (love the large coffee muggs too) This unit and complex offers a lot to anyone who is looking for a great vacation. Great shopping and dining within minutes. We will definately, be back for another visit.
