Spectacular ocean views from every room! Watch the dolphins cross the Point at high tide - twice each day - from your private balcony. At low tide, you can walk right out onto the beach. At high tide, the beach is just a short golf cart or bicycle ride away. Amenity cards free with rental!
The Ocean Point pool and playground lie right outside your window. Shoulder your golf bag and walk 70 yards from the condo door to the first tee of the newly revamped Ocean Point golf course! The second golf course, designed by Davis Love III, is a short golf cart ride away and was rated, "...one of the top ten new courses you can play...", by Golf Magazine. Outstanding tennis center featuring eight clay courts and a pro shop.
Our villa offers 3 bedrooms plus a sectional sofa in the living room. The queen bedroom upstairs offers a full-size futon as well. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and another futon. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and master bath with a soaking tub. All bedrooms are freshly painted with new bedding and have TV, DVD, and cable. Sectional in living room is not a pull-out, but will easily and comfortably accommodate 2 people. The living room has a 37-inch TV and DVD player.
Fripp Island is a 3,000-acre private, gated island 19 miles outside historic Beaufort, South Carolina. Fripp is 3.5 miles long and 1 mile wide, and has 3 miles of uncrowded beach, two golf courses, miles of scenic bike paths, a fitness center, and Camp Fripp, a children's recreation activity center. Bikes, golf carts, mopeds, kayaks, etc. available for rent.
Fripp Island is a wildlife paradise. Loggerhead turtles, snowy white egrets, magnolias, oleanders, alligators, and more than 175 species of birds are only some of the natural wildlife you'll find in the oceans, beachers, freshwater lakes, salt marshes, and creeks of Fripp. Take advantage of the many nature programs, such as ocean-seining, wildlife photography, canoeing and kayaking. Go fishing, crabbing, or shrimping and cook up your catch in our well-equipped kitchen!

Why the Owner Chose New Haven Villas
We brought this place because Fripp is so beautiful and safe and uncrowded! Even when they were younger, we could let the kids walk, bicycle, or (now that they are older) golf cart around the island with no worries. We also enjoy the restaurants and galleries and historic homes of Beaufort and occasional day trips to Savannah and Charleston with the kids. It's an ideal location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The nearest golf course is just a few steps from our front door! I love walking the uncrowded beach and reading a book with my toes in the surf. The kids love to bring friends along on vacation,and there is plenty of room for that with our large bedrooms. They also enjoy cruising around the island on golf carts.

Mike is an attorney in private practice and I am a fiscal officer for the State of Ohio. We live in Ohio with our 3 teenagers! I am an avid reader and film buff, and love to travel. Mike enjoys golfing, boating, shooting, and loves watching college and pro football.

I loved my stay at the ShimmerShine Villa. The condo was very comfy for my large family. The multiple bedrooms made it nice so eveyrone had enough space. The dining area and kitchen worked well for eating in, games and all family gatherings. We loved the ocean views, the great pool, the golf courses and the beach was fantastic. Weather cooperated everyday and no one wanted to go home! I would highly recommend Fripp and this condo to any family wanting a relaxing beach vacation in a safe and fun environment!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
