Why the Owner Chose Tucson Mountain Foothills
The Tucson Mountains were developed with low density in mind. There are very few properties smaller than 3 acres therefore the traffic is considerably less and the wildlife more abundant due to the low impact.
Owner's Map of Tucson Mountain Foothills
Jolene and Tracy are both native Tucsonans. Tracy grew up on a small horse ranch in the Tucson Mountains about a mile from the Saguaro Ranch Hideaway. We both love the outdoors especially the Sonoran Desert
Tracy started working construction right out of high school, using the hands on skills and common knowledge he learned as a kid working around the ranch to move up thorough the ranks. In 1996 he started his own contracting and development company. He has an intimate knowledge of Tucson and sounding areas.
Jolene grew up on the eastside of Tucson and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. She loved spending her youth hiking and camping around southern Arizona with her family.
Let us show you around and introduce you to Tucson!

We can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful, clean, private, quiet, well-equipped, great owners, spectacular sunrises, wonderful wildlife, lovely outdoor hot tub, all the amenities, close to everything yet far enough away to be peaceful... we are looking forward to returning to Tucson and staying here again! This is the best rental accomodation we've ever stayed in, hands down. Tracy was very helpful as well. We enjoyed every second of our time here and can't wait to come back. What a wonderful guesthouse.
Owner response:Wow, thank you so much for the kind words. We try not to over sell the property when speaking potential guest, we don't want anyone disappointed. On the other hand Jolene and I see the casita just as you do and don't want anyone missing out. Thanks again Tracy
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
