This three bedroom, 1800+ square feet townhouse is ideally situated right across the street from the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski areas. Easy driving access to resort parking and/or shuttle to the base or town. The shuttle stop is a mere 5 minute walk, or you can walk to the lifts in about 15 minutes, depending on your gear and speed.
The house has three levels. The main level - featuring a gourmet kitchen, living/dining rooms, the master suite and a half bath - provides wonderful views of the ski slopes. The garage, laundry room and foyer are on entry level, while an additional two bedrooms and bath are on the third floor. If you are traveling with children, you'll appreciate the toys and infant/toddler equipment left for your use (in closets - hidden from those NOT wanting child gear!).

We live in Colorado and love the mountains. Winter Park is our year-round escape -- great skiing in the winter, and the biking/hiking the rest of the year can't be beat! We chose Winter Park because of its unique vibe. It has all the greatness you look for in a Colorado resort area, with a more local feel. It's a laid back place and a mountain adventurer's dream.

Everything was indeed comfortable and convenient for our Texas group! Loved the views and the fireplace. Heated bed was a treat after a long day on the mountain. The location makes up for a lot and you've decorated this place so tastefully. Thank you!

Your house is so warn, beautiful and cozy - the perfect place for friends to meet. We had so much fun hanging out, hiking, rafting, eating and drinking! Couldn't have asked for more.

We loved our ski vacation in Winter Park. The weather and snow were perfect, the view is beautiful and your home is warm and inviting. It is well equipped with all the amenities of home. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Thank you for sharing your townhome with us. We thoroughly enjoyed all the luxuries - it is beautiful. We had front row seats from the deck to watch the torch parade and the fireworks. We hope to stay again some day.
