Country Ranch Retreat: Bring the family, friends and horses to this beautiful ranch like setting just 15 minutes from Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo and 20 minutes to Morro Bay.
This home is a large three bedroom ranch house. The downstairs contains the kitchen and separate dining room, a generously sized living room and family room. There is a classic billiard table in the family room available for a friendly game. The spacious living room has a huge stone fireplace to heat up your family gathering.
The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms and most of the sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD players for your convenience. The first bedroom has a bunk bed (twin top and double bottom) and an additional twin bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a quality futon sofa bed. There are two more of these comfortable futon sofa beds in the downstairs family room and living room areas. For a full house, there is also a roll away twin bed, a queen size air mattress and a twin size air mattress.
While on the property, take in the views of the orchards and oaks. Invite friends to join you as you tour the beautiful "Pass of the Oaks" Paso Robles Wine Country. Bring home a couple bottles of wine and relax in your private spa under the uncompromisingly beautiful star-lit sky, while the kids entertain themselves playing ping pong, football, dartboard, teeter totter or one of the many video games. The backyard also has a charming swing hanging on the old oak and lots of grassy area to run around and play on.
There is a horse stall located on the property measuring approx. 16x18. You can send your horses out in the enclosed pasture to feed. This property is also 'pet friendly' at owner's discretion. Pets are not allowed inside the house, but there is a small separate utility room that may serve as convenient quarters for one medium size or possibly two small animals. Larger pets are welcome to stay in the pasture or stable areas.
